Hi i have a question in our g suite account's web and app activity it says that "this settings is currently not available on your account type, once available it will save your activity. Does it still saves our activity that i cant see or only the admin can see?
I successfully set this up now based on your video but then when I was trying to follow the 2-step security it does not give me the option when I click on My Google account security. Do you know why? I tried to search so many times and watched other videos as well that showed it like this but it's not available on my end. Really strange.

hi there ... did exactly as told, clicked on GET STARTER and all I get after that is a blank page with nothing except the GOOGLE WORKSPACE logo on top of the screen ... tried like a dozen times, each time same result ... any advice?

Thanks for the tutorial. I tried to set up domain name and email - but the system won't accept my PayPal nor my card payment.. Despite my information being entered correctly and having sufficient funds for both the setup and subscription, it still denies payment. Whenever I go to admin- it takes me back to the payment page and the cycle continues. I get prompts that I should pay to keep the name I tried to reserve. Customer service isn't helpful, unfortunately - as ths links they provide lead to the same place - or they're non responsive. If anyone has insight- please assist. Thanks!
hey I tried to this a bunch of times but it doesn't work at all... the domain was bought through Shopify therefore I need to verify it there, but when I get to the first window it says my domain belongs to google but I can't connect it in the google domains. do you know how I can set this up?
Try this: From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Domains.
- In the Shopify-managed domains section, click the name of the domain you'd like to connect.
- Click Use third-party hosting service.
- Select Google Workspace, then enter the TXT code or meta tag.
- Click Save.
i have a question i cant get permissions in my admin portal. if i use google to set reminders says i need admin permissions. im logged in as super admin still dont work. any id3eas?

If I used 1 workspace account with multiple aliases for different department, can they access admin settings , manage settings?
Yes, they can since an Alias is not an actual account. You will still need to log in as the main user.
Hey i have a slight problem where I have purchased my google domain before hand and everytime i try type it, it says 'sorry we got to that one first'. Any help?
Go to your Google Domain. On the left you'll see email, click that. Then you'll see Go to Admin Console, click that. Then login with your Workspace admin email/password
Is it possible to have a google workspace for email account but then also have the domain name itself forward to another domain for website URL?
We made a short domain for easy email and a longer one for website with keywords in it and want the email domain name to forward to the website URL if people try typing it in. I don’t see that option in google domains for the one we setup for workspace.
Look for domain forwarding on Google Domains. It's under Domain overview, then look for "forward your domain to another website"
Thank you but that option disappears when you sign up for G workspace.
@@markambrose7453 I'm on it now and i can see it on mine. When you sign up for Google workspace, you are only modifying the mx record and not the A record. Another method to get around this it getting a Cloudflare account. It's free for 1 domain. You can then set the url forwarding from there.

I need help! I can't get past the "already have a domain" I type mine in but it says its already taken. but by ME of obviously. I can't even get pass to the next steps because I can't create a google workspace :(
check your domain, make sure there are no existing mx records there.

I would like to potentially use Google workspace and Google Voice for my small personal training business, but I am slightly confused about the pricing. It says $15/user. So does that mean $15 per admin user, or $15 for every client that I add in as a contact?

It's $15 for every user that needs user@yourdomain.com. if your client needs an email that is client@yourdomain.com, then you need to get them a paid license under yourdomain.com. Either wise, if you are just emailing them on their client@gmail.com, then you don't need to pay for a license for them.

@@StuffedBox Sorry to bother you again. Basically I'm with Shopify. And I also bought custom domain from there too. Maybe I don't need to add SPF file. But on Shopify website it states:"you might need to add an SPF record to your third-party email provider's settings. Adding Shopify's SPF record can help prevent your emails from being flagged as spam or from failing to be delivered." Am I misreading something?
@@smann7236 I looked it up, try this: if you want to test your email address, then send a message from your account to check-auth@verifier.port25.com and you'll receive a summary of your email host's authentication methods. If SPF check: pass displays in the Summary of results, then your address meets Shopify's security settings
You think I could sign up for it just so I can have the extra storage I don't want to start a business I just want that one terabyte storage for cheap
You can, but it saves you $2/month if you just get Google One Drive. Google Business Standard gives you 2TB which cost $12/month. Google One drive gives you 2TB also but cost $10/month
