What an edifying story. I think it's featured in "The Gurus, The Young Man and Elder Paisios" and "St. Paisios of Mount Athos". @@alexandermarkus9587 It is the first time I hear when a miracle was done for a little while so that the person sees God's almighty power, and after that to come back to the former state. It is simply hard to believe, but at the same time you're full of love to God that everything is done with the main objective to love us.
@@mitru98 Kostas got a ticket near jesus ,many people saw the miracle and not only this but hundrends ocassions that saint paisios did and he still does.. in the name of god .If kostas could walk he would be in america as he planned and would loose his soul.

Great story! Reminds me of the Scripture passage:
And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 Corinthians 12:7-9
That’s why we pray in the Lord’s Prayer: Thy will be done. Sometimes when we go through hard times and sufferings and we pray to God or saints for healing and our prayers are not answered, we think that our prayers are not being heard. But God might have other plans for us. Through our suffering a lot of people would be saved and healed. So we are partaking in the suffering of Christ for the salvation of others and ours as well.
Many mystics had this experience and they knew why. They’re called “victim souls”.
Blessed are you Lord for your love and mercy. Teach us your ways. 🙏🙏🙏

Sad? I feel happy and encouraged in my pain and suffering. I will start to thank God every hour every minute that I am in pain, and stop complaining how hard my life is and make other miserable. Kostas life means to me bravery and LOVE to accept your illness like a fire that melts all our "dirtines". Now I understand that a healthy Body keeps the soul in prison. A body that is weak and in suffering keeps a golden soul. 😊.
