    Great vid! I'm sure this doesn't matter (at all lol), however I just want to make sure. When I have my straps on each hand correctly (the strap flowing through my palm in the right direction), the label that's on the outside of my wrists (that has the logo) don't match. In other words the straps logo is right side up on one hand and upside down on the other (I hope that made sense). I'm sure it doesn't matter, but I see other videos of people with straps and the logos on the straps are facing the same way. Not sure if I have them on wrong or if it just doesn't plain matter. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Once again great vid and thanks in advance for your response.

    • @rhinofitness6866
      @rhinofitness6866  Před 7 lety +7

      lol that is the difficult part ;) Basically what I do is just grab the bar and let the strap fall straight down closest to me. Then with my pointer and middle finger I grab it around from the other side of the bar and wrap/cinch it up. If You have smaller hands it may be harder to do though.

    very nice video dude. My question is how should i wrap the v-grip bar for t-bar rows or the dumbell for Db rows (handles where palms face each other) ? I think i should wrap it from below (like u do when one uses overhand grip).

    • @rhinofitness6866
      @rhinofitness6866  Před 7 lety +2

      If You have Your hand in a neutral grip and grabbing either the dumbbell or the v-bar, have the strap fall on the inside of the grip and pass it under the handle and then overtop. An easy way to figure out what direction to wrap the strap would be if it gets tighter when You're using the motorcycle grip twist, then you're good to go :)

    how do you get the other strap on when your left hand is strapped to the bar?

    • @rhinofitness6866
      @rhinofitness6866  Před 8 lety

      +James Christofferson It takes some practice to do it with one hand, but You basically do the same thing with one hand. Depending on Your grip, Ill place my palm on top of the bar and let the strap dangle. Then with my fingers I'll come underneath he bar from the opposite side to grab the strap, and then just wrap/sinch it around th bar as You normally would. Hope that helps!

    • @Joseph-fs4kh

      I’ve been led to believe that these are excellent for dumbbell rows as they allow you to focus on using your back/lats more instead of your biceps/arms.
      Do you still think these should only be used for deadlifts?
