I find it hilarious how RG Snyman is always smiling in all these confrontations but I guess being a 6'9" behemoth you hardly get fazed even when standing amongst all these other giants 😅
Thats a NRL Rugby League thing. You see it all the time. They smile in confrontations.
plus knowing no one will punch you. that's why loudmouthed half backs have no problems standing up to the tight 5 knowing no one will punch them in the melon

When you see Eben in real life you look at him and thinks he’s a monster. But RG Snyman while not being as big in his upper body has the legs of tree trunks and is taller. Cameras do not do Snyman justice when it comes to size.

I'm a Kiwi/Scot, but Snyman has to be one of the greatest characters of the game. I remember he hid the ball from Aaron Smith once and the two of them had a good laugh about it. A guy who can switch from intense to joker in half a second gets my vote for GC of the Year, every year.
There was a try scored by Ngwenya in that RSA v USA game from (I think) the 2007 world cup that was absolutely phenomenal and that should have been in this video. Bryan Habana (playing on the RSA wing) was widely considered at the time to be the fastest rugby player in the world, and Ngwenya absolutely destroyed him on the wing in a straight chase. Even as a Springbok fan, it was pretty great to watch!
Wasn’t really a straight chase yeah he burnt Habana but he stumbled on the back foot and Ngwenya just got the extra step on the outside and finished it off was a great try though!

nope. you can juggle the ball as much as you want while you're running. There's a very cool trick you can do where you fake a pass during a cross route and catch the ball back yourself.
