He is next level, thrilled he's back
I would love to see this man back in green & gold next year.
As a Kiwi I’m very impressed as I am with all SA wingers…and forwards.
can we borrow a flyhalf?
@@TheThinkingMathematician hahaha, ya they seem to sh*t them out in NZ
Very disappointed when I heard he'd messed up but he's done his time, hope he's learnt his lesson and gets back to enjoying his rugby as much as we enjoyed his rugby!
He messed up when he got caught. the rest of the springboks at that time got away with it
What happened?
@@thabangkhatide2041 he was using PED's
@@thabangkhatide2041 juicing
@@mikeydaniel3436 tnx
Setbacks make great comebacks ❤
What talent. Reminds me of Rupeni Caucau the Fijian flyer. Can make something from nothing, makes the impossible look easy, a delight for any midfielder to know he’s on the outside, and the confidence of any 9 and 10 who knows any high ball they put up will have a gazelle go after! Incredible. Thanks for a great vid and top editing!!
Aphiwe Dyantyi was incredible when he burst onto the scene! Pity the pressures of trying to recover from injury in time for the World Cup lead him to make some serious mistakes...but what a player!
Though there was a match I watched (Lions vs the Sharks - i think there is a clip on CZcams) where Dyantyi intercepts the ball in his own 22 and you think he's away...only for Fassi to turn and chase, and reel him in around the half way line already...never seen anybody catch Dyantyi like that, it was insane. Though in fairness Fassi had come on as a sub, so he was fresh.
@@Crankza haha that's a great story bro, I'm a Sharks fan and I was at home screaming at my TV! In milliseconds it went from "Oh no..." to "wait what??", and then the air punching haha. What a Lions team that was though, I miss it to be honest, amazing to watch.
@@Crankzawas also there right in front of it. The speed difference between Fassi and Dyantyi was insane.Dyantyi looked like he was running in slow motion
He's just the one that got caught, SA in 2019 world cup was the most anabolic rugby team ever. The dropoff has been insane. Fittest and leanest team I have ever seen, out of nowhere
I cant believe that there's someone out there who actually believe that ﹰAphiwe really too an illegal drug
@@missbongantwasa8268He did. 90 percent of em are on roids.
Aphiwe is just the one who got caught, or got targeted for the random tests.
Such good skills to go with the pace
Hoping he makes an impact with his return. Fastest has to be Chavanga.
Tonderai was INSANELY fast haha.
Lwazi Mvovo
Senatla is to be considered as well.
Sbu Nkosi on the list as well
I've liked him ever since he started playing, he's a natural with outstanding talent, they've wasted years of his life, there's other players and athletes who gets away with much worse things they do. Show them how good you really can be, you're definitely the best wing in my opinion and I'll always be your most loyal fan, you're in a class of your own. Welcome back my friend
The speed of lightning, the grace of a gazelle,
A force of nature, a player so real.
He's gone, but he's back, and we're all so glad,
To see him grace the field once more, like a god.
He'll tear through defenses, like a hot knife through butter,
He'll score tries, and he'll do it with such utter.
He's a joy to watch, a player so special,
He's Aphiwe Dyantyi, and he's back, and he's lethal.
Just a bit heavy on energade
Speed, size, skills and mentally focused. Just an unbelievable player. He's only young and has a big future ahead. The Boks are so privileged to have huge rugby system happening. All the best. Nice video. Regards from Bougainville Island, PNG.
It’s how you utilise the speed, create and seek opportunities. Fastest only matters if you are racing another player without using skills and in a straight line. He has what it takes to be amongst the greats
You're forgiven my son , welcome back the world is your oyster and is waiting for you
I make F1 car sounds when this guy runs 🏎
Brilliant player we can only hope he can get back to this type of form with the Sharks.
Welcome back its been 4years and its finally here
This guy is a machine other teams are lucky hes not playing in this RWC
Fastest springbok ever has to be Bryan Habana and he did it without steroids 👍🏾
All the best. Dedication will determine your successful return. Bless you
Wow! He runs like the wind! xx
I'm glad that he's back
He is brilliant!!!!!
A truly special player, good thing age is still on his side. The Sharks will do damage in the URC and Heineken Cup in the upcoming season mark my words
the pace..the PACE...THE PACE, iconic line
He is so fast and strong 😎
I went to Michaelhouse and watched him play (before his use)… I was sad to see his trouble ‘cos the oak was amazing before the stuff.. miss him
I wish him all the best, maybe when things are messy in France, Rassie can make a call, a Soldier is waiting and we have to defend the cup and die with our boots on. The spirit of Mandela will range on.
people need to understand that professional athletes get tested regularly, so most if not all of these clips cant be in line with him "juicing", secondly, the banned substance was to help with his recovery when he was injured. not while playing.
Finally someone with some sense 😂
Eish bra really lol.
Banned substances are banned substances. he cheated and pretty much threw away his career.
@@MrAhuapai nobody said he didn't take banned substances. Read my statement again.
@@RUGGARUGBY no but your inferences were to lessen the severity of his transgressions. It doesnt matter why he took them for recovery purposes or to enable better stamina. Given the incidences of steroid use in SA high school rugby it cast suspicions on his earlier career. One suspects he was using well before he was actually caught.
We have all made mistakes when we were young and impressionable. He has done his time. Cant wait for him to pull the bok jersy back on.
4:43 embarrassed him 😭😭
Can't wait for this game. On NZ soil, SA have sent heavyweights ahead, the most historical rivalry in Rugby. NZ broke the mould by Halt All Racist Tours in 1969. We, as Kiwis, totally respect the SA players, but on the pitch, and between the sticks, it's the Haka meaning all the way: It's Life, It's Life, It's Death, It's Death. May the best team win. Prediction: Low scoring, AB: 14, SA 9.
Very excited to see Dyantyi back. He is not the fastest though by any stretch and was reeled big time by Fassi as well. The quickest was Chavanga. Even Jake White admitted that he was faster than Habana.
Siyabole Sinatla is faster than anone you mention
@@weddingwiththewhitedove Senatla is fast but not compared to Chavanga. Senatla is also not a Springbok. If we are talking about non-Springboks. Sergeal Petersen must be one of the fastest although might have lost pace. He ran at the junior IAAF and youth commonwealth games. Best time for 100m is 10.55s (search for his name on the world athletics website).
Ideal SA wing. Got the speed of mapimpi, step of Kolbe, size and power of a forward
His coming back and will be taking his place...also hear Nkosi wants his place too🤔 can't wait for this
Love to see him back and in contention for SA. What is his 100m time?
That jantjies dyanti and mapoe combination at the lions was a weapon
Will he ever be able to return? One of my favorite to watch
YES!!!
damn wish he was ready for world cup
What speed - wow
4 years is a lot. Let’s see how he performs.
🎵It's all about the pace, 'bout the pace, no tackle, all about the pace, 'bout the pace, no tackle🎵
When he catches the ball He's like "ok leeeeet's goo"
What a player hope he's back in the green and gold again....Natural this time😮
We back you Aphiwe you've got the skill set.Make us proud.
If he weren't caught he be a world cup winning superstar, crazy how life works
he was injured at the time of the 2019 season, that is why he was using to try and recover faster but he would of likely missed the wc due to the injury anyway
Careful champ. It’s not “we”, its him. I like him but that’s on him. I hope to see him in Bok colours again.
True, it had to happen so that we truly experience Mapimpi
Fassi fetched him when he made an interception.... so no! not the fastest Springbok ever. definitely a real talent. We're really blessed to have so many world class wingers.
If he didn't have the pace 2 start off with the drugs wouldn't have helped. I'm so glad you back Aphiwe. Show Dem, all the haters. Make that circle bigga!
Beast
Wells me up seeing players like this.
One of the best wings give him a chance
WHY was Aphiwe not selected for the Boks RWC team? His is magnificent
he was suspended due to doping
Dyanty Phenomenal Blistering Pace, Explosive Speed and tries, eyes never seen/heard of this Phenomenal Rugby Player of Sth Ààfàf Ràyày Kààààh,.until eyes view this view highlights.
How quick is he over 100m? Pierre Spies, a number 8 of 20 odd years ago was 6ft 4", 111kg and ran the 100m in just 10.7 seconds. He is truly a once in a lifetime freak athlete!
Jonah Lomu 6’5” 115Kg winger ran 100M in 10.8 sec
Nonetheless Spies was a weapon. When Lomu came on the scene then everyone wanted a giant winger.
@@sidknee4975 Lomu was a wing, Spies a number 8!! Which one would you prefer in your team??
Bruh are we all forgetting Brian Habana. Prime Habana was unstoppable, The only Springbok to match Lomu & race a cheetah!
@@dvnkfx I agree, but everybody is comparing "backs" to Spies, they are suppose to be quick!! Spies was a Forward & not a Back! ANY Forwards that can compare to Spies???
The fans really shat on this guy for getting caught with roids. THE SPRINGBOK FANS. If only he could have been more a lifetime natty with no-roid-rage like Eben Etzebeth
Apiwe has natural speed and the stepping ?do you question that too?
the juice, the juice
His attack and vision of the game way better than Mapimpi
Also the most doped up one
will he still be at the lions
Good
This boy is faster than his own speed.....eish
Nah, Fassi caught him like he was standing still.
He would have been a problem in the WC 😮
Are you telling me this dudes faster than Habana
Fassie is also a springbok😅
Fassie ran him down easily in Durban. This guy is just trying to get clicks, Habana is the fastest bok on record with 10.4 seconds.
All gas, no brakes
Wow
Try Andy v d Watt. 10.2 for the 100m
Fast As f*ck boyyy!!!!😂
Seems like he is Boffelli's nemesis, almost 30% of the clips are him beating Boffelli. Great player though, Boffelli.
Where is this man?
He can still rebuild himself as a center
Was thinking the same... But no idea about his distribution or his ability to organize the defense, which is massively important for a 13.
is he gonna be at rwc?
I was also wondering if he will even be considered incase the need arise say injuries or something.. Well, wouldn't tht be something. What a comeback that would be..
🥰🥰🥰
Pls bring him into this world cup????
Why not in France now?????
With all due respect we must not forget Ray Mordt, Karel du Plessis, Brian Habana, Tonderai Chivanga, Jaco Reinach, Chester Williams, Percy Montgomery and many more before that. Let alone the other countries. So this header is untrue!!
Let's add pace in our team and not team can keep up with us 🤞
to answer your question....no.....that goes to Habana
I mean if we gave Wade Van Niekerk the ball he would be a lot faster. South Africa has some fast sprinters. We could train them to play Rugby.
juicer
Grant Williams and habana
throw him the RWC squad ..
Really was gutted when he was found cheating because that season he was insane to watch
Filled to the brim with enhancement drugs.
@@JohnSmith-wo2fz is what your dad took when he had to spend time with you.
Neva...fassi showed him 😆 😅
Who is he playing for now that he is back?
Sharks!
@@AndrewDavidForde So has he had some game time this year? Will make you new vid of him for his comeback.
@@braaitongs he is playing the new season
Is he really back!?
He is training.
@@michaelx3419 oh ok
Still can't understand why he didn't go to france
Does Bryan Habanna not exist or something, man ran with cheetahs😅
He's fast, don't get me wrong. But Tonderai Chavhanga was maybe faster ?? Xoxo
Blessed with pace 🙌🏻
chavanga was the fastest rugby union player ever. he ran the 100m 10.2 sec.
"The Fastest Springbok ever" Maybe some guys can run a 100m faster but Brian Habana has the fastest brains that's for sure. That man was always 2 steps ahead of everyone else on the field mentally and physically.
Habana is the fastest Springbok on record with a 100m time of 10.4 - this clown is a Pom and doesn't know what he's talking about, just trying to get clicks.
Don't even dare to compare him to habana 😂😂😂😂😂
Juice does that to a person.
2 words. -- Tonderai Chavanga.
Habana played hockey right
Faster than "Die Windhond"? HENNIE MULLER?
"On field" i still think Habana is the fastest south african winger. Wait him and Breyton Paulse.
"Cheater" comes to mind
Bryan habana what about him
Is anyone going to say it? 🤴🏾
