- Using the new Qtech quick connect/release extension poles for Airless paint sprayers.
They fit all guns with a 7/8" connection. UK market that's the majority of guns it can fit.
You may need to purchase the adaptor separately if you didn't purchase it with your extension as a package. Great bit of kit.
Safety warning - Just remember to swap sizes and take it off, you need to have dropped the pressure in the machine by turning off and flicking into prime and pulling trigger to make sure no pressure build up is in the extension. It will then twist off.
Info online - Canadian Design Exclusive to QTech. • Lightweight Reduces operator strain. • Strong High-grade aluminium forging. • Unique Patented QuickConnect system ensures no tools required to assemble. • Compatibility Can be used with any 7/8” tip/guard combination. its worth the weight in gold saves so much time but with any extention pole no matter how short a big is it always use a clean shot 👍
This is literally on my wishlist. Wish it would have existed 20years ago so I'd already own multiple sets lol
Ha ye how good would that have been
Longtime traditional decorator and I'm just getting into spraying.. Picked up my Qtech 190 today.. But know that I'll need an extension. Seen some cheaper ones but it looks like the quick connect system might well be worth it..
They are worth it for me. So much easier than Messing around nipping them up with a spanner each time
Bought a set at the P&D show well.pleased with the fittings, no more struggling with threaded lances
Or looking for the spanner ha
We have them, great bit of kit
yes theyre great
Nice thanks - what tip / pressure / product you using there on that ?
I used a 518 tritech ultra. Pressure not sure i just work to the slray pattern. And turn up until solid. Product was leyland vinyl matt and leyland contract matt for mistcoat
Looks like this will be super heavy setup
its no heavier than a normal extension
would the GXFF be ok with those extensions or need a bigger unit?
Absolutely fine ive used some big ones with my gxff.
