how does this compare in ride and handling to the renegade mate? ive got a 420 busta now and love it, but toying with the idea of going renegade or new busta. cheers.
Ride and handling is quite similar, the renegade is probably marginally better. If you are looking to option up the package with a Minnkota, LBT etc than the renegade is probably a better option
Hi Raban, all tillers seem to be controlled with the drivers left hand but this does give the option to use the right hand to hold or for use with the electronics etc
@@cianc4610 I wouldn't compare to an outlaw, I have a 429 2021 outlaw and I can see from your video the Busta is being knocked around a lot and that doesn't happen in an outlaw since it's a heavier boat with wood floor, live bait tank and fuel storage wide gunnels standard.
@@alex8449 my video? I don’t have a busta haha I wasn’t comparing this to the outlaw. I was saying the outlaw and renegade are pretty much the same boat (both straight out of the telwater factory). Similar to this the new busta and rampage are near on identical to each other
@@andrew8683 the new one if so you get heaps of Views. Put down a good head line 2021 stacer rampage review Iam looking at a runabout dad like sitting on the windshield up front
It is just that B.E.N.C.H. If you fill the rear open area you can't get anything out from underneath the bench because the front of the bench is inaccessible. It just strikes me as thoughtless. An open underside of the bench would allow for more storage options.
@@BowAssassin How is your try Peter, is it no good? what's the top speed? is it alright put the boat on plan? I have ordered one with f25 and it due to come next month. I thought it would be a great match because f25 is 40kg lighter than f40, less weight on the transom always a good things
@@alanqiao7027 top speed with two people and empty boat 34kmh. Don't look at the performance on the old model this new model is 100kg heavier. On my 3.9 I was getting 48kmh @ 5850 rpm. On this boat rpm would be no where near 5850 @ 34kmh. Pitch can be reduced on the prop by 3/4" with the F series props which might make boat perform 'OK' EMPTY but loaded it would be struggling again. I've got a 40hp on the way.
@@BowAssassin Wow, thanks for the comment. Yes 25 is bit of under powered, 40is better. I ordered 25 3 month ago, will come next month, I will stick to 25 for now, maybe change to 40 after a year or two. Mostly I fishing by myself with a very short drive, extra 10km/h is not that much necessary. any way, will try 25 fist!!!!!! is the new busty hull better than the old one? what speed it start plane?
I think I watched this 15 times and seen it in person starting to like this boat with the 40hp
One of the best tinnie videos on CZcams! Please do more of other boats.
Send through any requests Anthony
excellent boat, i think this would make a reliable fishing boat, great package might need to add a fish sounder and 30hp.
Love the video, very informative. Can you do the Busta 440?
There's not one single vid on them I really hope they do a 520 Busta one day
@streaker can you do a 420 Dory vs Busta video? Cheers
Great vid very informative,,,thanx
Thanks Andrew!
can you option this boat with an electric bow mount?

I like the busta but what’s the go with seating up the front you couldn’t fit a seat like the previous busta
By removing the previous front seat and replacing it with this, we gain both a massive front casting platform and a heap more underfloor storage
Wish it had a option like bow plate for a Minnkota set up
With those options, we recommend looking at the 420 renegade. The busta is a fantastic entry level boat but has limited factory options 👍
@@StreakerMarine you can put Electric Motor if you guy do it
i tend to sit on the port side...any available tiller handles for right handed people?
Hi Raban, all tillers seem to be controlled with the drivers left hand but this does give the option to use the right hand to hold or for use with the electronics etc
Can you get the busta with wide gunnels? If not l guess the renegade it is
Correct! The 2 things the Busta doesn't come optioned with is the wide gunnels and underfloor fuel tank. The renegade ticks both of these boxes!
Is this new busta rated for 3 people on the plate? The specification said 4 on Quintrex website
Hi Alan. Yes, the new 2021 busta is still rated for 4 people 👍 Hope this helps.
What is an equivalent boat available in the USA?
Not sure buddy
Very few side ribs compared to my Stessco. Boats are made to price and profit, please compare plate thickness and structure when purchasing.
Hello how does this Compare in ride and Handling to the Stacer Rampage 429. ??

Much the same, just like the outlaws and renegades

600 fishseeker please
Hopefully we can get some stock in soon
Do u reckon you could get away with a F25 or stick to the old busta hull?
Yep, you can certainly use an F25 on this. Performance would be quite similar to the previous model czcams.com/video/1Tvk992xy8g/video.html
Don't do it I've tried it.

Old model had 5 ribs on the bottom between the seats. New one only 4!
The new model is a complete redesign and features their new hull ribbing technology
Can I get this
