Great little boat it definitely does the job it needs to
You and I have caught better quality fish than the big boats out of it now
Thanks Brenz, really love what you have done with the Busta. I have one also and interested in not spending stupid dollars. Thanks for the advice on the troll motor, still haven't bought one but shopping around. Haven't sawn off the portside bow rail yet, but will do if I do find a good spot lock motor 2nd hand. Looking forward to your next vid!
Thanks Glenn. Glad you enjoyed it
nice review mate ! Here in sydney a Busta 420 is like 20-25K new with a Yamaha 4 stroke! Im always trying to fish on a budget so just got a Tuffy for 2.9k and trailer for 2.9k (already had a 15hp Yamaha 2stroke) does the job for now lol but gee boats are expensive brand new
We picked this one up second hand which is how we kept the price down
Got one of these….sacked a Kapton Collar on it…..stable as an island now.
That would add plenty of stability for sure
Lots of weight in the rear of the boat. Have you thought about moving the fuel tank up front?
It didn’t need it at all. The 30 had it on the plane fast and always performed very well.
What happened to the bigger boat you were restoring?
The larger boat was a little too much of a hand full for beach launching solo, decided to go back to what we know best which is fishing from smaller boats
