This is a staple in our home. We LOVE it and NEVER get tired of it. We were recently in Spain for 3 months in Oviedo and lucky for me there was this bar down the street who would make a me a LARGE tortilla once or twice a week so I didn't have to cook and it was affordable. Sometimes we put a slice between bread with Serrano as a sandwich :) Excellent video!

Insanely beautiful tortilla, Im so making this tonight, I was looking for some inspiration and looks like ive just found it. On another note, Albert, can you tell me whats the best kind of potato to fry and the best for making mashed potatoes? Im always confused about the spanish names here... :)

I use the yukon gold potatoes from Mercadona, patatas nuevas, the yellow skinned ones, they are by far the best ones, thanks for the comment Jana :)
