@thepeakdistrictviking sorry to hear that. It can be emotional on the lead up to surgery, too. I was cacking it when I had my knee replaced, but thankfully, all went well. I hope the future Viking wife gets another slot soon. Tip from a retired nurse, tell them you will take a cancellation. Sometimes, it helps.
my fave lil trek ,lights were flashing to wait at the train track last year but i waited and waited and went across in the end lol nice lil paddle in the stream though a lil fresh haha love it cant wait for this years visit xx

Hi Stu, another belting little video mate. I always carry some change in my pack. I passed an honesty box once and wanted a drink so much, but didn’t have any money so had to carry on. I was out yesterday, the wind on the tops in the lakes was unbelievable. All the best pal, Dave 🤣🥾⛰

I’m lucky enough to have a bus pass which I always carry in my phone case, it’s been invaluable for moments like this Saw a recent video of walkers on Mam Tor struggling to walk down hill against the wind 😂😂
