Classic World Championships: Top 48: Card-inal Sin

Hi, it's W1Pro9 here, a Grandmaster ranked player in Risk: Global Domination, and today we are playing in Round 6 of the RISK Classic Word Championships 2024. The final 48 players!!
It come down to the final shootout, the 4 player Game 3, 70% domination with blizzards and for the first time in this round we get a good spawn!!! Can I make a position where I can run the 70%??
