I was able to get it to sync wirelessly. You just need to have the controller close to the switch when you do it. The instructions tell you how to sync wirelessly to the switch

These controllers are terrible and I would highly recommend people stay away from these. I had to return mine 3 times before I got one that worked properly. For what you spend on this you can get a really nice 8bitdo controller.

You got extremely unlucky then. I mean the odds of you getting 3 junk controllers in a row are likely worse odds than winning the Powerball jackpot. Calling your comment out as fake for the reason that you're coming here to say it, rather than being happy they got you sorted out and talk about what specifics were the issue originally. If you truly had a bad experience, you would be making this comment in a review on the actual product page not a youtube video. Furthermore, you would be making a detailed video proving the issues you had, to help make informed consumers. Sounds like you just want to hate the product because you want to. People don't go out of their way to talk shit on a video from a small youtube channel.

The candy cons use one of the best hall effect thumbstick modules on the market. It gives it a lot longer lifespan and all but eliminates the drift issues that xbox, joycon, and ps controllers have.

This guy is so hilarious. 9 month old account, no videos uploaded, and no activity except negative comments on THIS controller. The user's writing style and sentence structure that tells us English isn't their primary language. They are telling us that they are overseas which means they can't even try the controller out, let alone buy it, because it's not available outside the USA.
The best controller--must have for any one who plays....value for buck is insanely good , there is no way you can get a better quality for this amount of $$$...Top class controller with no issues and superb build quality with best in class internal components. Made to last and battery is replaceable so you can use it forever !!!!
Its a pro controller, way better then expensive crap from Sony or Microsoft. Gamestop Candy con controllers are best value per buck and on top of it you an make them look like you want it.. Top quality components have been used in it and some parts are top shelf and invented in this year and you already have them in Candy con controllers....You can REPLACE THE BATTERY, so they are not an e-waste and you can get 2 year replacement warranty on them too.
