Bhai..tripod optional hai..included nahin hai. Price bhi bahut jyada hai just for a lens. Tripod Ke saath around 9000/- ka. Lens achcha hai NO DOUBT.
Lens is good. But when fixed to tripod, it rotates. Not stable on tripod.

What is the difference between variable magnification lens and this one?
You can zoom in and out in variable
When you zoom in your image gets darker and noisier while a non variable stays at the same light.

Bhai ye binocular kahase dikh raha hai yaar!!? Ye monocular hai.. ye bhi durbin hi hai . Binocular se dono ankho se dikha jata hai aur is wali lens se ek ankho se.
