The US one is definitely some sort of show, because I have never seen anyone wearing something like that revealing (short skirt) because they would be slapped with a dress code violation. But I do see schools in the country having uniforms similar to this. (Unfortunately mines has something like this, but the skirt can’t be above the knee cap)
