Mine did this and I discovered when they were already 10years together with 2 kids. I shallowly escaped dipression and other associated ailments. I had to leave my marriage of 34years. He swore to keep the woman by all means. I felt betrayed, cheated and misused. I have forgiven them and moved on.

Once married always married. I don't want to leave my house I go and become statistics to another woman's house because that's what happens. You leave your husband of your youth you go and become somebody's mpango wa kando and there you have no say.

I almost died juu ya stress nikaondoka juu ata aliniambia hanipendi. But Mungu ni nani huyo msichana alipata mimba ya mwanaume mwingine aliyekuwa akikuja kwa hio marital home wakaenda na yeye.

Women should stop defending and advocating for men and their polygamous behaviours!! This coaches should be teaching fellow women and young girls on how to love and value themselves, work hard in school get jobs and become independent women so they won't have to depend on men! Because once you are independent you wont entertain being in a polygamous marriages@ Wakiama and @ Monica kagoni. People should marry because of love ❤️ not social status money, Education, light skin, hagas etc which is why most people get married in African societies....Happily married couples don't have time for polygamy. But if you marry the wrong person you will always be looking outside what is lacking at home. LET THE COACHES FOCUS ON SOLUTIONS TO HEAL POLYGAMY NOT ADVOCATING PERIODT!!

@@COUNSELOR_WANJIRU_KIAMAissue here is not indepence! However, if both parties are independent they will be marrying for the roght reasons!marriage is for two people, and needs to be worked on from both parties! If you marry the right one things roll smoothly without need for polygamy, but as we know most of our african sisters and brothers marry for the wrong reasons, as mentioned above juu ya pesa, yellow yellow, hagas and all kinds of things that CANNOT sustain a marriage hence polygamy iko juu in the african societies!
Ukioa ama uolewe na kufuniko ya mwingine you'll never be happy na utahangaika uko nje ukitafuta yako!

Seriously this is misleading women. In this time and age no woman should have to settle for less than what they deserve. a man that knows and understands thyself and being led by God, no way can he marry two wives. Marry one that you love and take good care of her.
This lady is from our mothers generation where women took any crap from men because they did not have a choice and had many children, so they had to vumilia.
A woman who knows herself, values herself and have resources will not entertain such. But if she doesn't have resources, she will vumilia but she will be emotionally damaged and her self esteem will be at the Roch bottom. It's not the nature of things nor the will of God for marriage so it can never be right! Stop misleading this young generation. Instead teach them to work on themselves so that they can make a marriage work!!

Better not take her advice. She needs advice herself on what God requires. Christian's number one devotion should be God. Do not deify a man. The truth is if this happens to a Godly woman, she will need Godly wisdom to decide whether to stay or leave. And I believe no two cases are the same. He might lead one to stay and another to leave. That is a choice you totally will need to make by God's help. But it should be said polygamous marriage is not an ideal to be accepted easily. They can be very painful.. Bible also says about one who follows a blind person, both end up in a ditch. Your husband can be the blind one and you blindly follow him to a pit(of sickness, of putting your faith aside, etc). If we are believers let us believe God. For believers, nothing is too difficult for God and He makes all things to work out for good to those who love him and those called according to his purposes. Whether he leads you to stay or leave, he will make all things to work out for good.

Women are bitter here today eti atakuletea Aids eti ooo. Marriage is not ya watu wa roho nyepesi n thats why it's through thick n thin. What if ukiondoka alafu upate hiyo ugojwa nje coz no disease is promised where you'll contract it?
Utatoka kwa hiyo nyumba uolewe kwingine n if that 2nd cheats you will leave him again n continue with the cycle just coz of your ego,,, or coz you're a woman??. If your married traditionally am church please vumilia coz God knows everything well.
