I think a cool planner challenge you could do would be using only the stickers in your binders. That would be challenging!

I thought about doing this for my stickers but instead I took some of the books apart and put them together by theme that way. I have all my alphabets together, all flowers, all numbers months days of the week etc. So much easier than trying to remember what is where.

Good idea. I used dollar tree photo binders to organize my loose stickers.
This was so helpful! My husband calls my label maker the source of my powers. Tee hee!
I would love to see a "loose stickers spread" I didn't see any boxes though so you would have to bring those in! But, why not use what is floating around?! There were lots of cute spring/summer/warm weather stickers in there!!! Great job!!

I just did this earlier this week, but I cut my sheets up. Groupings are: words, boxes, checklists (boxes and strips), washi, icons, flags, etc. then they all fit into the page protectors. I know it will be a little more work to go thru them, my hope is that I don’t forget about that I have. It was a good project to get completed.
Put Heather's stickers in the binder folder itself. Those pockets are slightly bigger. 😁

I love labeling things since you taught me the ruler trick! I’m running out of N’s! Even with 250 sticker books, I would suggest pulling out all the black box stickers as you happen upon them and gathering them together in one of the HP sticker covers. I did this and it is so satisfying to be able to reach for this one sticker book and find every black box I own. I also splurged and bought the really expensive silicone sheets, which holds labels on both sides. One by one I’m plucking out all my coffee cups and consolidating them onto these large (8.5 x 11) sheets. Since I use a coffee cup several days each week, it is nice to have them all in one space. I do add a handwritten label noting where all the stickers came from in case someone asks, or I want to repurchase in the future. I am an organizer at heart. These tedious tasks make my soul sing since I retired and no longer develop databases for organizing data. Just one more way that Happy Planner rocks my world! TFS.
What a great idea about the boxes! However I need to keep my sticker books intact so people know which book each sticker is in!
Thanks to this video, I had a plan to go through and actually ditch all the coffee stickers in my books, since I kinda-sorta hate the stuff....
Wurdnurd's Guide to Life But I don’t always drink coffee out of my coffee cups. Iced tea, juice, etc. for me the mug represents the act of drinking something other than water. Also, I HATE pumpkin spiced lattes...but if my spread would be enhanced by a pumpkin-colored coffee cup, I go for it. If you absolutely hate coffee, I suggest yanking the pages out and giving them to a coffee-drinking buddy. You won’t ever see a mug of beer in my planner. I cannot stand that stuff. Not even the smell. I understand this is a DNA thing. Our body is programmed before birth, down at the molecular level, to like or hate the smell/taste of hops. 🙂
I organized all of my loose stickers in a binder. It made it so much easier to see them all!!! 😃😃😃
I'm obsessed with keeping my stickers organized. I have my HP sticker books in my cart and everything else is in 2 8x10 four drawer file cabinets. I have everything in acid free folders alphabetically.
I'm also obsessed with stickers because I worked with kids for 25 years. I got my sticker addiction from them but I love it! On a side note I got my Halloween addiction from them too! YAY!

Great solution! When I first started accumulating stickers I emulated a video showing how to take the books apart and attach them to separate sheets and put them in binders. What a mistake that was! Guess the old adage “live and learn” is true! Thanks for another great video!
I did that too and regret it.
oh wow I did this with all my Happy Planner Stickers a last year! I took apart all of my stickers and maded each binder by quotes, boxes, illustration etc. I bought the mini binders on clearance during the school year sale. I fit around 4 1/2 sticker books in one binder. I love it. I also labeled the pages by the sticker book it came from, in case I wanted to go back and get more of a certain book. Crazy I know, but I really enjoyed making the binders.
Thank you for uploading this video! I am struggling with misc. stickers I have collected over the years. I have had them in an expandable divider but it was difficult to get into and see what I had. I am going to try to see if family or friends have a use for about half of my stickers I do not want/need anymore. For the stickers I am keeping, I will get a similar binder to use to organize them. I am using a three-level cart for all of my Happy Planner goodies so I prevent myself from going too far with buying all of the things! Thank you again for your videos!

I only have a dozen and a half sticker books plus a few extra loose guys (not counting the Mem Day sale things I couldn't resist... oops). One thing I do that may not be for everyone is I go thru a new book and remove the "stupid" stickers ... the ones I know I will never ever EVER use, for reasons of personal taste, cringey humor, bad puns, etc haha. Less distraction when I flip through while creating a spread. Still I do get tired of looking for the gold stars, the emojis, the various clear quotes that show up in non-quote books. I think I'd love doing something like this, thanks! 😻😻😻

Love this method. I don’t have too many random sticker sheets but right now they are in envelopes and half getting wrinkled. I’m going to try this. Probably only one book though - but so satisfying to be able to flip through them!! And yes... I would have to label the other one “stickers” or something... but you do you!

Great idea especially for the mega sticker books that fall apart a lot.
I just did that. I only have one book right now. I didn't have a lot of loose stickers. I also put mine in order. For example, all the budget was together, all food, calendar, flowers, animals, etc
I think this is a great way to organize your loose stickers.
Those binders have pockets in the front and the back for the kellofaplan stickers to fit in. I know you have pry figured something out by now, just thought I’d throw that out there (without checking the other comments first to see if anyone else had suggested it already 😆).
Just a suggestion- I did this with all my HP sticker books. I was able to condense 2 books into 1 binder. Get the thin elastic head bands from the $1 store to prevent them falling out in the event you’re clumsy like me 🤣🤓🤪
I just redid my sticker organization too. My video goes up later today too. I actually had this setup and change out of it (although your binders are deco mine were plain). Those are great page protectors.
Put the bigger ones in the slots in front of binders 😀

I organize my stickers in binders and little photo albums and have them labeled making it easy to find and USE!! 😂😂 This is my second year of “use my stash” but somehow my stash is growing. LOL NOW MaryEllen how about doing a challenge to use only stickers in your binders. 😋😉🙃
I took your advice from the live last night and found your old video on how you take your pictures.. and my mind is blown 🤯🤯🤯 lol let's just say I am now the proud owner of Pic Tap Go and Facetune 2 😂😂😂 I'm a nail artist and these are gonna make my nail pictures and planner pictures look freaking AMAZING!! so thank you for that.. still would love an updated version on how do your pictures now tho 😚😚 thanks for sharing hun 😁😁
I used to love getting the supriz sticker set every months then just one day they stopped and could never find them was so sad I know others said the same 🙁

Hobby Lobby just opened up, and I bought a ton of Happy Planner and other planner stickers as they are 40% off. And found some happy planner in the discount section also.

I bought a cheap spiral bound drawing book (thicker paper) and I just stick a little bit of the glue dots on the back of the sheet and then stick them on the pages. It gets super thick which may be a problem in the future but since I’ve only used a third of the book it works for me right now.

I tried to make a sticker book of my non-happy planner stickers when I first started planning but found it impossible to categorise stickers as so many types were on one sheet. I’m so happy I never dismantled my happy planner books. Loose sheets are such a challenge! Hope you find your system useful. Thanks for sharing.
For me, it's better that they are in one book rather than categorizing, because I would rather at least be able to see them all. I will never try to dismantle my Happy Planner sticker books!

Do you ever buy other stickers say from the Dollar Tree? Most of them are darling. OR do you just stick with Mambi?
I think the sticker sheets would be hard to pull out if the didn’t stick out a little, so even though you sounded disappointed, I think you lucked out!
If you find you have stickers that won't stick to the sheets - I cut 5x9 cardstock and glued/stapled wax paper to it and find my paper stickers and icons stay better than on the sticker sheets.
Those heather kell stickers would fit in the front or back pocket maybe?
