I think what you're feeling is the inconsistentsy. Just not the same as the full auto prowler. Almost every pack gun has good utility at almost all ranges, even kraber you can no scope closer range. Eva is just weak anywhere other than in your mouth.
no all my pc settings are on low + console performance mode for 120fps makes the game look bad to hit the target framerate cause consoles are just a very cheap pc
