    Good morning Ben. You are like a magician. I never know what kind of rabbit you’re going to pull out of your hat when I watch your videos. What an impressive attachment you built to overcome an issue on the farm. Growing up I only spent a small amount of time on a working farm. It’s quite impressive to see how much knowledge you have learned your parents. I really enjoyed all the steps you’ve shown us in the process of producing hay, from beginning to end. I have three (3) CZcams channels I love, and yours is one of them. Thank you for sharing your acquired knowledge with us. God bless.

    I have never liked hooking them up. They seem to want to smash fingers. I'd be curious to see how you put it on and then take off when your not using it.

    • @khtractors
      @khtractors  Před 3 lety

      They can be frustrating. I first unhook the top link or Jack from between the spear and scissor, then hookup the lower lift arms and tilt it into the top link hole on the tractor. Sometimes having to raise or lower the lift arms to get it aligned correctly. Then reattach the top link or Jack. On the 245 the lift arms lower to the ground and everything lines up perfectly. On some tractors you have to remove the drawbar hitch. Thanks for watching!

    That would allow me to lift a pallet of firewood into a pickup truck. Nice.

    • @khtractors
      @khtractors  Před 2 lety

      Yes that’s possible depending on the weight your lifting and tractor size. You loose a good bit of strength because of how far this extends behind the tractor. Thanks for watching!
