Ya, I had a game recently where I grazed the Zerg units with like 7 storms, they baited them so well but they figured I was out of energy so my last 3 storms fully landed on the roach hydra and I won the game. It felt so imba and was only like a 10min game

I don't think anybody is saying storm is underpowered or underrated at anything but the very highest level.
Storm is pretty fking strong where im at, it’s also easier to use than disruptors for sure. Iirc HT gets them pretty fast too PLUS feedbacks.
