Nazism doesn't reason that the power is for the people by the people. Their ideology is based on ethno-national identity and excluding non-national identities, that's it.
Socialism and communism believes in international unity amongst the working classes.
The first to be killed and suppressed in Nazi-Germany were the communists and opposers to the Nazi party.
You can try to play with the words that they were socialists. But it is completely irrelevant what name the party possessed; It's still prevelant today, the same problem. Look at China, it's a facist dictatorship but it had roots in the communist party. Where is the power to the working-classes in China? Uygur's being put in working camps for the Han people to take their lands. The name is irrelevant. It's what people do that counts.

Won't happen but some politicians will always demand banning. There is no full force behind it.
Even within the coalition, the liberal party critisices the interior minister for banning the magazine. She uses a very dubious method for banning

Reichstag passed a new law on March 21, 1933, that made it a crime to speak out against the new government or criticize its leaders. Known as the Malicious Practices Act, the law made even the smallest expression of dissent a crime. Those who were accused of “gossiping” or “making fun” of government officials could be arrested and sent to prison or a concentration camp.
Then, on March 24, 1933, the Reichstag passed what became known as the Enabling Act by a vote of 141 to 94. It “enabled” the chancellor of Germany to punish anyone he considered an “enemy of the state.” The act allowed “laws passed by the government” to override the constitution. Only the 94 Social Democrats voted against the law. Most of the other deputies who opposed it were in hiding, in prison, or in exile.
