recipe incase you were wondering- i also added the measurements in grams ingredients - 2 eggs room temp - 3/4 cup sugar (150g) - 1/3 cup oil (72g) - 1/3 tsp vanilla (1.45g) - 1/3 cup milk (81.7g) - 1 cup flour (125g) - 1 tsp baking soda (4.79g) instructions - preheat the oven to 350 deg F (176 deg C) - in a bowl crack and whisk together 2 eggs for 3-4 minutes - add the sugar and whisk it together until all of the sugar is dissolved - then add the oil, vanilla whisk this - then add the milk and stir - take the flour and add half of it stir and then the rest and stir - add in the baking soda and stir - in a cupcake pan line it with 6 cups and fill 2/3 of the way filled - place in the preheated oven for 18-20 min - once done take them out and then let cool before you frost
For those who keep asking what oil to use!! Use a tasteless unflavored oil, like vegetable oil, canola oil or sunflower oil. And if you don't have an unflavored oil, maybe you can use olive oil, melted butter or melted coconut oil too! Whatever rocks your boat!

Since its gonna be thick,we put water op gevoel Oil op gevoel. 1.4 tsp (TeaSPoon) Salt. Stirring 'til it's smooth kind of again Op gevoel vanilla powder 1 tsp baking soda I don't know what "op gevoel" is in English,(am too lazy to translate rn)but how I understand it as putting how much you think is good enough. Anyways, & then we put the cupcakes in our cupcake maker.Now it's done & I'm so Triumph of myself & my mother! This was the first time I made cupcakes on my own (with a little bit of my mother's help)
