really, the biggest compliment is 'you're bigger than i thought..' ? at 50lbs heavier than before in such a short amount of time is risky business heart-wise. that extra load for the heart ain't no joke. it's a big adaptation it is making (in a very short period of time). plus, it seems odd that CG is currently bigger than his coach.. who is a pro, and is also in his off-season..
Christian notoriously has the worst post shows rebound. I know the goal is to bulk but 50lbs in under 2 months can’t be healthy. He does the same with every show
Idk what gear this dude is on but damn is he putting on weight quick. I don’t think people realize how hard it is to gain weight that fast even with juice
1. he has easily 10-15lbs of easy-to-lose water weight. That's why his face looks like he got stung by 100 bees. 2. coming off a competition where you are severley water depleted, glycogen depleted, and your body is just fully nutrient depleted/overall empty you can gain 10+lbs in a day from that state and look almost the exact same. 3. He's gained as close to zero muscle as possible since his show, mostly just fat + water weight. I'd guess his true weight right now if he lost the bloat would be 215ish. Which the majority of people do after a show. The steroids most likely just are causing bloat or he probably cycled off steroids post show with all the traveling, eating, and drinking alcohol he did. Tldr; he didn't really gain any significant real weight aside from like 10lbs of fat and the rest being water. Steroids insignificant in post show rebound (in this time span)
Im not sure if all that is the case man, his hair loss is has been crazy the last couple of years. I obviously don't know if he's forsure on any steroid but you can see in some videos his body acne, hair loss, and his way of gaining size in the a span of a couple months is pretty wild. @@seanyzay 100% agree with this. He may need to switch up the protocol. That is a lot of water and body weight to add in 5 or 6 weeks, hopefully his heart and blood work are looking ok. After having done some shows, it seems absurd to me for his weight to be 25-30% over stage weight especially this quickly. I always tried to stay within 10-15%, enough to be able to gain size but not bloated to all hell. I'm in agreement that he's probably not added any clean stage weight in that 40-50 lbs he's added.
@@mikez5958 yeah agreed. I'd bet a big chunk of change that his blood pressure, cholesterol, etc is pretty horrific right now. Far from ideal to go from so depleted (deprived and unhealthy) and than go to the complete opposite side of the spectrum bloated with processed sugar, seed oils, alchol, etc. In both my competitions I shot up about about from 186 stage weight to 223lbs (binged horrifically and really put a toll on my body & mental) and than my second show I went from 197 stage weight to 218ish and felt so much better. Was much better off mentally as well. After a show you really aren't going to gain any muscle unless your still on a cycle(which really isn't the smartest time to blast), but even then you still have to restore nutrients in the body, glycogen, majority of your hormones, etc. Not exactly ideal muscle building conditions lol. Def hope the best for CG and would be dope to see him get a doctor or expert to help with his overall health.

Folks this is not a healthy way to live and is not someone you should follow for fitness, That is extremely damaging to your system. Think CTE but only for your overall health, every time you YOYO like that it adds up and shows down the line in your older years.
I feel like the more he's packing weight the more he's enjoying life 😊 , he totally deserves it, it's good let go of the pressure of being leaner, spending your time counting your macros and stuff like there is no tomorrow. Chilling it's priceless not everyone has that privilege anymore in today society, where everybody is a go getter, relentless lifestyle .
watch the oneblade the end will break easily if you drop it or put too much pressure on it. They are aware and appear to be changing it up a bit to move with the curves of the face and make the arms a bit thicker on it. Still puffy watch that salt intake Christian - like the goat. lol i posted the salt and then i would get a couple of smaller screens one to place on the front and one to place inside the booth for next time you have a booth at a show.
