    That’s the kind of patch that shows the advantage of having 2 filters per voices. One does the filtered key sound and the other adds the fizz on top. That’s the feature I like the most about the Polybrute, two completely different filters that can be combined to make unusual sounds that are normally not possible on analog synths.

      Exactly! I've ben creating loads of patches with this combination, because it sounds so unique :)

    One of the best sounds I've ever heard from this synth!

    Just listened to this for a second time. Truly beautiful in all respects ! Could be film music. So emotive and lyrical. 👏🙏

    This is lovely. It’s the one synth that’s still left on my wish list that pops up every few months and entices me back in. Great melodies on the vid.

    Your patch sounds great ! But It’s been 2 weeks I have a Polybrute and I don’t really understand how you made it 🤣 thanks for the inspiration

    Even after presenting the Polybrute 12 ... the Polybrute 6 is a wonderful sounding synthesizer. Ok, 12 voices, an amazing polyphonic aftertouch keyboard, all these are fantastic features but at a much higher prize range. I hope Arturia will continue the Polybrute 6 👍

    • @Winterdagen
      @Winterdagen  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Especially the extremely expressive new keyboard on the 12 is very tempting indeed! Nonetheless the original Polybrute is still amazing as ever to me as well :)

    Amazing job on the sounds & track. The Polybrute is indeed an incredible instrument. I actually just got one (as a gift) for Christmas and will have a huge learning curve on my journey. Any recommendations on highly recommended tutorials on how to enable such rich sounds would certainly be appreciated. Thank you!

    • @Winterdagen
      @Winterdagen  Před 2 lety +2

      Thank you :)! Congrats, that's an absolutely amazing gift! I have to say that I didn't really learn my synthesis from tutorials. I remember at first I found it hard to create sounds I heard or had in my head, but after I got the hang of the basics it really just started making sense to me. I believe for those basics I tried out Syntorial. I mostly get inspiration from listening to music with beautiful synth sounds. For instance by Rival Consoles, Mika Forsling and Max Cooper. Thanks for listening!

    precious composition 💙
    from your experience which reverb module would you add to this type of synthesizer ?
    to bring out its full sonic potential without masking its sounds too much

    • @Winterdagen
      @Winterdagen  Před 2 lety +1

      Thank you :)! I like the on board reverb from the Polybrute a lot, but when I use my own reverbs my current hardware favourite is the Vongon Ultrasheer and my software favourite is the Valhalla Vintageverb.

    Thinking about purchasing a Polybrute soon. Can you tell me if the sequencer and the arpeggiator are difficult to figure out?

    • @bjornkreuze7423
      @bjornkreuze7423 Před rokem

      Very easy, just push the sequence length button en select maximal lenght in screen and start pushing some buttons on the matrix, and you wil figure it out quick and enjoy its plenty flexibal options.
