Listening from NYC- Charlie is speaking the truth. Be the change you want to see while holding yourself and others accountable. It's not enough to have conversations, you have to be actionable and actually implement those qualities that you want in others in your own life. Yes, things are challenging but you have to take those initial steps and be intentional.
