First Time Using 112 Chicken Egg Incubator

This is my first set of eggs, with my first incubator. We ordered the 112 egg incubator off Amazon to see if I can incubate the eggs. Major part of my business will be hatching eggs. So, I need to figure it out.
The 112 egg incubator I would only order if I had some kind of back up. It died mid-hatch on me.

This is my newest thing. My husband got me an incubator. But do you see that 75 up there? That is 75% humidity. I can't get the f*ckin humidity to come down. I don't know what's going on anyways. Got 18 eggs ready to go in. But cannot get that humidity to go down? Of course. It's only been a day or two.
Yesterday I took out or no, this morning I took out most of the water, hoping that I put too much water in it. If nothing else, if it doesn't drop by tonight, I may just empty out that bottom. I don't know. Maybe start over. I don't know. This is my first time incubating or doing anything like this. So I don't know.
Okay. I just thought I would make a really super quick video. I've got 18 eggs that I'm sitting today. These are my first ones. We ended up taking them from the hen cause she wasn't sitting on it. I know. No idea if they'll hatch, but this is 112 slash 96 egg. Ohhho, incubator. You can see everything's low right now, but it was fine a little bit ago.
So anyways, I thought I would record this event, my first setting. To add to that, it took me I’ve been kind of testing it for 24 hours, 48 hours. It took forever to get the humidity right. I live in Arkansas and it is really humid right now. So here's to hoping everything warms back up like it's supposed to.
And this is my first eggs to set. This is the naked neck. Silky splash with the splash. Female Silky. All right, well, I will keep you up on what happens.

Removing the 3 black caps would allow for some air inflow and would help reduce humidity.

Thanks for the advice, we ended up moving into GQFs because of how fast my business has grown. That incubator ended up dying the second or third time we used it

Hi, How did you get the Humidity to drop from 75, that's what i was hoping to hear

That incubator absolutely DID NOT work. It died in the middle of an incubation. If your humidity is that high, have you added water? Are you close to lock down?
I would check it with another thermometer hydrometer. They are notoriously inaccurate.
