  • Paintless Dent Removal is a method of removing minor dings and dents from the vehicle bodywork without the need for filler and paintwork. This is a highly skilled process in which the dent is massaged from the rear of the panel or sometimes from the front using glue pulling methods.

They can give out all the trade secrets they like because there is no shortcut to things like this . This video doesn’t tell show you the part where half way in you do your repair and then sand through the clear coat after all that hard work. 😂. As I said there’s no substitute to doing something and messing it . That’s how we learn from mistakes.

Absolutely amazing! It‘s 4 o‘clock in the morning and I watch 3 dents in the tailgate of somebody elses car disappear. Good work.
Edit: and 3 days later I have tried this on my BMW Z3! One of the previous owners had something in the trunk and closed the lid on a part sticking up. So there was a 2 x 3 cm area sticking up about 3 mm. I used a stick made out of a white Ikea Nylon cutting board that I shaped into a point. I used my wooden mallet to tap that and lo and behold: following what he has shown in this video I completely evened my tailgate out! I had goosepimples when that nasty dent was gone!
Sometimes watching a video at 4 o‘clock in the morning can have unforeseen results! Thank you for the inspiration!

Thanks for your comment, being a programmer also requires a lot of patience as I play around with Arduino quite a lot, so you would probably be good at this. Regarding secrets, when I first learnt everyone was so secretive and wouldn't show me anything but it just made me more determined to find out the information. Have a great day! 👍

After watching a few of these videos, I am impressed. I had a minor incident on a motorcycle a few years ago where the turn signal dinged the tank in a fall. The body guy that "repaired" it using similar methods (by similar he was using similar tools) caused more damage than the original fall. This is fascinating to watch.
During my teenage years, this required drilled holes and body filler.
