Try graphite powder rubbing on matt black. Look up some videos for Mandalorian helmet. This will make really shiny metal look.
Bare Metal Foil has sheets of stainless steel available. I got a couple of sheets fur a DeLorean…. It looks nice.

You remember what silver you sprayed that in? I got a DeLorean I need to paint and I'm having a hard time finding the right shade to mimic Stainless Steel.
Lots of paint companies have a “metal” color line. With various shades and type of steel. Including stainless 😉
I backed this printer with the curing and washing station. I know some people has mentioned it is 8k and not 12k. I was curious to know if that is why you could not go down you your preferred, 1mm layer height or not?

No. That was because its not capable of printing at that hight.

I'm curious why you choose .2 layer height over .05 and how much different exposure time is there between the two layer heights? Very cool truck and great job making it look quite real! FYI there are trucks coming off the assembly line in GigaTexas that will be going to Tesla employees and then the general public. I believe he will delivering the trucks to the employees in 3 weeks at a TESLA event.
