I also don't know welding job and how to use it. I am planning to buy angle grinder (DeWalt) and welding machine just after seeing CZcams videos.

1) Drill Machine, Hand Cutter and Tile Cutter, Jigsaw: Buy from the brand - Makita, Bosch, Hitachi, Stanley, Black&Decker, Dewalt (These company are from Japan, Germany & USA but they are making the equipment's in China due to low price man power.
2) Welding Machine: you can buy from IBELL, SHAKTI, HITBOX, SPARTON, V&D
IBELL from Kerala, India, Shakti is from china but service maintenance from Gujarat, India. All other are from china but maintenance by Indian marketing team. Even china products are good and reparable. electronics parts are available in India. Because most of spare parts are semiconductors and available in India.
