Hello my friends, I'm Stam , Kinetic Walker 🚶‍♂️.
Today we are in Rushden Lakes !🌳
Rushden Lakes is a major shopping and leisure complex in Rushden, Northamptonshire, almost 2 hours from London! There are around 40 shops predominantly focussing on fashion and a dozen cafes and restaurants. But This area have to offer even more. Many nature walking trails are around of Rusden lakes area as parts of NENE WETLANDS. The Nene Wetlands is part of the Upper Nene Valley Gravel Pits Site of Special Scientific Interest and Special Protection Area. Today We will walk part of shopping area and one of this nature trails the Skew Bridge Lake. I hope you will like it!!

Thanks for the walkaround, I am from Rushden myself and used to go fishing on the lakes either side of the lake you walked around, had some great days there. Moved to Ireland now but miss Rushden where I lived from childhood till age 44 ❤
