  • The rhomboids are big movers of the shoulder blades, and the zone they live in also contains several muscles that influence the spine and the neck. This self massage session explores how we can roll this corridor, along with a commonly cranky neck muscle called the “levator scapulae,” to feel more relief from chronic computer-ing, driving, and similar positions that tend to hunch the body forward.
