      @PlasmaSpeedos Před 4 lety +1

      Like... it just seems very natural
      To you it probably doesn’t seem like much bc this is just how you are and you may not even notice
      But I’m trying to say that you’re such a naturally good teacher
      I have no idea if that makes sense 😭
      It just makes watching so easy and you bring up points and offer explanations that I would never have considered or wondered about- but after listening, realize I needed to know.

    Hi for this cake, is your pan 2” or 3” deep? I have to make a cake for my friend’s rehearsal dinner that serves 25 to 30 people. Do you think 4 layers of 6” cakes would be enough? She will be having other desserts too.

    I have my cakes in the freezer ready to frost and decorate on Friday. Do you do anything to stop the cake from sweating? Or have you found it doesn't affect your cake at all?

    • @NeuroticMomBakes
      @NeuroticMomBakes  Před 4 lety +1

      If it warms up too fast it will sweat a little bit so I try to keep my kitchen on the cooler side or I’ll put it in the fridge for an hour or two before decorating
