Love it!
You are a really good teacher and I don’t know if you even realize it.
Like... it just seems very natural
To you it probably doesn’t seem like much bc this is just how you are and you may not even notice
But I’m trying to say that you’re such a naturally good teacher
I have no idea if that makes sense 😭
It just makes watching so easy and you bring up points and offer explanations that I would never have considered or wondered about- but after listening, realize I needed to know.
@@PlasmaSpeedos This is so kind of you to say! I never thought about it. I'm so glad that these are working well. I worry all the time that I'm going too fast or that they're too confusing
Thank you for sharing 😊😊 just learned new skills
Oh thank you, just what i need as a beginner baker ❤

Hi, first of all, I’m a huge fan and I love all your recipes and cakes. Can you share which color brand do you use? Thank you
Thanks alott it helps me, thank you ❤
Hi. Thank you so much for this. Which scrapers do you use?
Hi! First off your the best teacher and so creative!
Is this recipe above used for your cakes your using in this video? Asking because I’ve never used shortening in a cake recipe? Thanks!
I love the fact you don't torte or cut the caramelized parts off your cake...I don't either and it seems to work itself out...if I try to torte, I always cut them uneven 😆 🤣 😂
Love you btw! How did you make your cake board?
love your videos. Have you ever had any issues with bulging w/your cakes? I'm having it front the top. Just curious
, if you ever had.
Hi Amy! Would you still use support straws/dowels if your cake was only 3 layers instead of 4? And do you ever use a thin cardboard cake round BETWEEN your layers? Thanks!
Tori, I'd also like to know this! Were you ever able to find out else where?
I crumb coated a cake straight from the freezer yesterday and the buttercream started to set before I had a chance to scrape. Any tips? Thank you. Love your videos. X
Do you not put another cake board in as well as the straws? Just concerned it would lean or fall being so tall.
Thanks so much for ur video🥰🥰🥰
You’re welcome!
I wish one day I make cake as you
I love your videos! I'm learning new techniques! :)
I'm glad to hear it! Let me see what you create!
Do you thaw your cake before stacking/decorating?
Hi for this cake, is your pan 2” or 3” deep? I have to make a cake for my friend’s rehearsal dinner that serves 25 to 30 people. Do you think 4 layers of 6” cakes would be enough? She will be having other desserts too.
Good morning I am having difficult problems baking a vanilla classic cake. Sometimes it matters too thick N it’s never Comes out straight one side is always lopsided can you let me know what I’m doing wrong thanks
Great! May i ask what size are the cakes? Thank you
I have my cakes in the freezer ready to frost and decorate on Friday. Do you do anything to stop the cake from sweating? Or have you found it doesn't affect your cake at all?
If it warms up too fast it will sweat a little bit so I try to keep my kitchen on the cooler side or I’ll put it in the fridge for an hour or two before decorating
for some reason i thought a cake this tall needs to have a double barrel.didnt realise just straws one would support the structure
How long does it last with the filling ? Or any fruit filling
How many batches of your buttercream recipe did you need to decorate this cake? Thanks so much for your videos!!! I love them.
Probably 1 1/2 - 2 batches
How much sugar goes into your white cake recipe. Anything else you left out? I would like to try it
How do you slice the cake if there is plastic rods in way?
How do you cut to serve?
I'm new to your channel, you are a very talented lady.
Do you have a recipe/video of doughnuts?
On her Instagram: neuroticmom
Hi! Why can't cakes be "normal" high? How to transport them and how do you cut it? Very thick and dry layers and often just a little bit of buttercream between, blackiewackie🤮
Hi! Just wondering what size your cakes are
This one is 6” round
Hi ! how tall your cake ? around 25 cm? thx
What is the size of the cake pan
Where did u get the straws ?
Amazon sells them
What size are your cake pans?
I think 15/20cm diameters
Do you freeze you cake layers?
Yes
@@NeuroticMomBakes thank you❤
Cake pan size pls
How do you transport this in a car??
I’m wondering the same thing? Or how does she move it to a serving tray or decorative platter and does she keep the big cardboard on the serving tray?
