    I looked, and behold, my own flick whip 😅
    Great video here. I have been intending to try improving my tumbles like this for a little while but I was lazy. Now absence makes the heart grow fonder so I'm even more determined to put these tips into action when I'm back in the gym! Been doing the cartwheel pops already and handstand snapdowns. Let's see if I can tumble like a broomstick at the end of this!!

    Thank you for this video! I just started an adult tumbling class this month after not tumbling for at least 12 years. My round off back handspring is so...painfully heavy? (Honestly surprised I'm throwing it at all though.) This is exactly the video I needed! I'm definitely piking and throwing with my chest. Off to practice cartwheel pops! Any recommendations for next videos to watch?
