A fun fact is that a low honor play through as arthur would originally unlock a epilogue where you play as dutch and Micah after the main story. But dutch's actor couldn't handle doing anymore mocap animations for the game at the time.
My theory is Dutch had found out Micah was a rat, so that’s why he came to him, claiming to want to team up, When John asked what are you doing here, he said same as you I suppose. John was there to kill Micah as well. Dutch had already planned to kill Micah. He just waited till the right moment
@@themadtitan7603 I dont think Micah was actually the rat it was probably just milton saying that to try and get the gang to turn on each other it was probably just molly and the gang making to much noise. Micah still played a massive role in manipulating Dutch and getting him to turn on Arthur and John. Also Micah being a rat makes no sense he had no motive to work for the law and if he was a rat why would he still be running with Dutch and committing crimes.

I'm not so sure that's true. John was every bit the gunslinger Arthur was, here. In fact, I think John surpassed Arthur's skills by the events of the first game, especially after he went to Mexico and met Landon.
You’d honestly be amazed at what you can miss at point blank range when you’re not aiming, but yeah one of those shots definitely should have connected.
That was terrible choreography from the devs. Micah is literally such a good gunslinger i swear. When fighting Micah you cant shoot him at all bc the game is showing that John is being outgun by Micah during the fight. That one scene made Micah look so bad😂
I'd love a Micah Single-Player DLC. He's the most fun character in the game and I'd just go wild as him and cause as much mischief as possible. Senseless killings and violence are finally congruent with the story.
And it would be interesting to see more of his early life and the influence his father had on him maybe he was born a sociopath or hardened after years of trauma from his father when he was young

The only thing i dont like about this mission is Sadie showing up from the other side of the damn mountain with a gnarly stab wound to the stomach to flank Micah. While Charles an actual baddas is just sitting down there. I like Sadie's character, but her showing up at that moment is so dumb.
she's a Mary Sue. Whole point of the story was that revenge was foolish, meanwhile Sadie's riding around at nearly every single of the story chasing after revenge and she never has to face her consequences

Arthur and John are good with guns because years of experience. What's Sadie's excuse?, Oh! is it because her and Husband : "Shared the work!" Bonnie Macfarlane is a much more believable tough woman then her and I prefer her over Sadie Adler!
Honestly Micah would be a very fun character to play as. A refreshing different take from John and Arthur. He was an outlaw for many years before the gang, could be a fun DLC for a future game or a spin-off.

I think NOT having a rat at all, showing Dutch's recklessness soley brought upon the gang's misfortune, would've been much more interesting and narratively fitting for a game as narratively mature as RDR2. However if there had to be a rat, I think the popular contender, Abigail would've been more interesting and surprising options than the most telegraphed reveal ever in Micah.

I want to play like every character, like somehow, get their stories, like the interesting ones, like Micah or Dutch or Charles, man like when we play as Charles we come across Arthur’s body as a main mission, and we hold R or square or whatever it is on controller, to pick him up and we put him on our horse and take him to his gravesite, that’d be cool.
And with Micah we would be true outlaws with his gang and be super low hornor that would be Fun and we would not feel bad because its Micah so It makes Sense

Honestly seeing this from another gives me a perspective on how much like a stereotypical cowboy Micah is, and how in another universe, he could’ve been such a great protagonist for Red Dead 2.
I just realized that Micah is probably the fastest hand in the gang. Cant say he’s so accurate about his shots in this clip but i know he has few shot moments that quite remarkable. Ex/ Rhodes Massacre where Sean got shot. He had delivered the shot so fast he didnt even blink an eye of of it. As you can see here Micah doesnt even give a chance to player to shoot Micah accurately because he could pull the trigger right before you. Damn i hate him but he dope asf.

Now I've never failed the scene where you have to kill Micah, but I find it odd that even after Dutch shoots him, he doesn't raise his gun to Dutch, only John.
Imagine seeing John spamming dynamite arrows and throwing a dozen of fire bottles at you...then when you look back and see him tackle you then bang, then afterward see John in your gray death screen throwing more dynamites at where Dutch is.
Same for me and Kieran because irl my name is Kieran so having a character named after me and having him die in one of the worst ways possible is kinda shocking

@@themadtitan7603 I started to dislike Micah during the mission when we freed him from the prison, I thought it would be a stealthy mission, but then he proceeded to raise my bounty into oblivion when he made me shoot up an entire town, costing me 150 dollars to pay off
It is kinda cool how red dead is, cronologically, you play as arthur first, then micah kills you, then you play as john who kills micah, then a lot if people kill you but they were following one man, then you play as jack and you kill that one man

The Micah dlc was so so good I love the bit where you change into the legendary rat and you go chase that girl that he kills it’s amazing!

I just realized that Micah is probably the fastest hand in the gang. Cant say he’s so accurate about his shots in this clip but i know he has few shot moments that quite remarkable. Ex/ Rhodes Massacre where Sean got shot. He had delivered the shot so fast he didnt even blink an eye of of it. As you can see here Micah doesnt even give a chance to player to shoot Micah accurately because he could pull the trigger right before you. Damn i hate him but he dope asf.

@@kingong4185 Arthur is more accurate. Micah’s character was purposely given that quick draw attribute to give him the credibility of being a good villain. He had to be better at something lol
it would be interesting to have a DLC in which we will play with Micah, with several events, it could show how Micah joined the gang, and even his death
Damn, all these shots and not a reload, he aint just a rat, but a magic one.
The good thing is that when playing as Micah you don't need to worry about honor cause you don't have an honor bar

Micah has infinite rounds in both cylinders. Not a single reload.
You can actually hear him reloading at times when you play the mission but here, we don't see any animation of him reloading..
This was just amazing
the funny thing is micah will pretty much always hit you if your peaking from the box but from this prospective you can see micah was aiming nowhere near the box. he was aiming so farr apart from the box

Now I've never failed the scene where you have to kill Micah, but I find it odd that even after Dutch shoots him, he doesn't raise his gun to Dutch, only John.

Imagine seeing John spamming dynamite arrows and throwing a dozen of fire bottles at you...then when you look back and see him tackle you then bang, then afterward see John in your gray death screen throwing more dynamites at where Dutch is.
I think Dutch was talking to Micah when he said "you betrayed me, you only think for yourself"
Never noticed that Micah holds his pistols pointing damn near the opposite direction when he says "I'll make you rich."

The DLC we’ll never get, playing as Micah after the gang falls apart, ending with American Venom, then playing as Dutch in the epilogue

I fail the final epilogue mission everytime, my head cannon is Micah kills Dutch, Sadie and John and leaves with all the money and heads to Beechers Hope to get himself the high honor ending
@@themadtitan7603 I started to dislike Micah during the mission when we freed him from the prison, I thought it would be a stealthy mission, but then he proceeded to raise my bounty into oblivion when he made me shoot up an entire town, costing me 150 dollars to pay off
It is kinda cool how red dead is, cronologically, you play as arthur first, then micah kills you, then you play as john who kills micah, then a lot if people kill you but they were following one man, then you play as jack and you kill that one man

Would been cool if u would have made the red screen effect a player goes into right before dying(the last opportunity to take a booster)right after Dutch shoots him,then the black and white solo screen that happen when u die after John does
This made me realize that as soon as Micah realized it was John making all the ruckus, he knew he was cooked
