  • This week, we're introducing a new kind of capsule machine from our friends over at Morning.
We have been producing coffee capsules since back in 2018, with all of our capsules fully compostable since 2019. It has been exciting to see the progression of the category over the years as technologies increase and more variables were added to the manufacturing and brewing process.
The Morning machine takes capsule coffee brewing to a whole new level, enabling the user to customise not only the yield and temperature of the brew but to elongate stages of the brew such as the initial blooming phase or to increase or decrease pressure in relation to flow rate. These are principles more commonly found in modern espresso brewing.
In this video, we unpack the advantages of brewing with more flexibility and discuss where this new development may help to take coffee capsule brewing in the future.

I'm worried about the environmental impact of keep pushing capsule-coffee. I know they are pretty damaging but I'm not sure if "eco friendly" capsules are actually not causing harm

@@matiaschacana5768 Aluminum at least is 100% recyclable. And there are re-usable capsules for your own coffee too.
