- ഒട്ടും സമയം പാഴാകാതെ രുചികരമായ അവിയല് പ്രഷര്‍ കുക്കറില്‍ എങ്ങിനെ ഉണ്ടാകാം എന്ന് നോകാം
Aviyal (Avial) അവിയൽ:
Aviyal (avial) is a delicious preparation made with mixed vegetables, curd, coconut, and seasoned with coconut oil and curry leaves. It occupies and important places in kerala cuisine and is a must for onam sadya..
*Ingredients needed : *
Carrot. : 1
Drumstick. : half
Potato. : 1
Beans. : 3
Curd. : 2 1/2 tbsp
Cluster beans : 3
Elephant yam : half
Raw plantain : half
* *For the grinding **
Grated coconut : 7tbsp
Cumin seeds /jeera : 1/4 tsp
Shallots /onion : 2
Green chilli. : 2
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Water : 5 tbsp
Salt : need for taste
* *For the Seasoning **
Coconut oil : 2 tbsp
Curry leaves. : 2 strings
Grated garlic. : 1 piece
* _Preparation *_
Peel the skin and cut and wash all vegetables in to 2 inches long piece..
coarsely grind grated coconut, green chilli, and cumin seeds, turmeric powder, shallots.Keep it aside
in a pressure cooker pour all vegetables add curd, grinted coconut mix, salt, 5 tbsp of water and mix them well..
Pressure Cook until the steam to come. Please wait for the 1 whistle to come.Medium flame only. After switch off the gas and wait for minutes.. Then open the cooker by adding coconut oil and chopped garlic curry leaves.. Check the salt.. If u feel more salt is needed then add it and mix well..Turn off the gas and carefully stir the aviyal ..Transfer this to a serving bowl .Sprinkle 1 tsp of coconut oil and close the bowl ..Serve hot with rice.

Garlic is raw? Better to add to ground masala and in the end only do seasoning with cocout oil and curry leaves.
