    Adding timestamps for future reference
1:30 - AMOL - Always Make Outbreath Longer (get into HRV resonance on the go)
3:07 - Kriya Therapy - Mentally Om into negative emotions that arise throughout the day until they dissipate (ask unconscious mind for permission to let it go first)
8:12 - Hakalau - dilate vision to periphery (activates right hippocampus)
11:03 - Bhakti Yoga/Cute Baby Meditation - induce 'aww' and hold it as long as possible (activates left amygdala)
14:13 - Angel Exercise - Part of 'Talking To The Higher Self Training' - Imagine guardian angel (a component of higher self) is sneaking up over left shoulder and you begin to look but don't look and feel its presence (left amygdala)
18:50 - Practice of the Prescence of God - Imagine the omnipresence of the divine around you (right hippocampus)

Amazing, brother. Gonna practice more of 'Angel sneaking up' exercise.
Been operating most of the day in an expansive state - like my body is part of a scene that's going on itself. It observes everything around without any thought, not even a thought that 'I'm observing'. Just pure awareness. I call it Zero State. And sometimes there's a third person perspective watching my character walking through the scene of life.
Always so grateful for your guidance that has helped me get to this point. Hugs.

thank you, i think i've been healing my abdominal section for over 7 months with different practices, and with time it's really frustrating that even with everything i know, i still forget sometimes the right thing to do in order to continue the process, and i try many things until finally find it again.
i messed my body real bad, and this is the consequences, and i do see results, and i think i managed to heal over 60% "hopefully" but i can't imagine those who does not know that pain is the way, the process is really really painful, and i lose my patience sometimes and get angry when my boss at work think i'm fine and im lazy, it's difficult to function at your best while you at pain, of course i don't tell my boss since he does not care and he can't help me, but how disappointed the people who does not know when they mess their self? i really feel sorry for people who reach the point of ending their lives because they got hurt so much and they don't know the way out!
i wish i can guide as many people some day when i realize god, i'm now under healing process, and hopefully i reach the end soon

I did the Sefl Realization Fellowship (Paramahansa Yogananda) lessons for three years in 2006. I was supposed to be initiated into Kryia yoga at the end but wasn't for some reason. I tried again in 2019. I had to do all the lessons over again. And still when I wanted to be initiated into Kryia yoga there was just so many hoops and I wasn't able to do it. How can I learn the actual processes of Kryia yoga? There is so much information I don't know where to start. Thank you.

Every time I meditate, after a few mins into my meditation session, my head starts to shake so violently that sometimes i feel that it would pop out of my neck.
In fact a few months ago the shaking was soooo violent that I think it has torn my neck muscle which is attached to my shoulder blade. I am hoping that it would heal by itself someday but still have no luck..
Anyways, the feeling of relaxation, calmness and lightness that i get after meditation is what makes me want to come back to it again and again. However, the side to side uncontrollable involuntary head shaking is what scares me the most.
Why is this happening to me ??
Based on your deep knowledge in this field, what would you suggest to me ?

    • @ForrestKnutson

Thank you Dave 🌹🙏 I have an older video called automatic Kriyas that you might like to watch. In fact I would watch all of my videos on Kundalini so if you search my name and the word Kundalini you should be able to watch all of them. ... what I teach is that Kundalini is you integrating with your subconscious. As this happens and you notice the movement through the body you call it energy and when you feel that energy and you recognize would consciously the signal gets a little bit mixed and this is what happens with the automatic movement. What I recommend in several of my Kundalini videos is to begin a conversation with the subconscious and explain to it thank you so much for the deep meditation and go ahead and slow down this particular response and calm it down and comment down so that there is no more movement in my head or neck.

Chock full of helpful meditation tips, ALL predicated on establishing heart resonance breathing - feeling connected in your heart (region) with your breath!
🌬Always Make your out breath longer (slows heart, wakes up parasympathetic nervous system)
🕉🤫Om silently in the body center where the ‘dissonant feeling’ is located
👁‘Hakala’ helps to experience the right brain; open peripheral vision
👶💚Bhakti yoga/‘Cute baby meditation’: remember the feeling in the heart of seeing a cute baby
👼Angel exercise: over/behind your left shoulder (to access your left amygdala-bliss center, imagine your angel is sneaking up on you, feel that feeling; soon this practice expands inner guidance and intuition
🌅🧠👤Expansion: practice feeling the presence spacialy all around and within you, imagine the presence of infinite intelligence. Soon, the imaginative process strengthens connection with right hippocampus to transform the connection into actual awareness of the divine intelligence that we are submerged in
