How to attach a croll ascender to your harness

These days, there are many rope access harnesses made with a built in chest ascender. However, whether by preference or just making use of your current equipment, you may find yourself needing to attach a croll or chest ascender to your harness. Here is a quick video on how to do that!

We put a big washer between the croll and the Yates chest ascender sling. When cycling between tension and slack, the croll tends to chew the black sling, the washer prevents that :) .
