Take the board down and spray it down with a half bleach half water solution. Wipe it down before you put it back in the cabinet but that will get rid of mold and it will keep the spores from germinating between those holes
Wow your plants are lovely! How do you like the self watering pots you use? I want a Calathea War. but I cant keep calatheas happy. Maybe self watering is the way to go
I do like the Lechuza ones, but they don’t make them for any pots larger than 6 inches. They do work well though.
You should move to South Florida. My monstera st. Is also not that much variegated The Peru needs to be closer to the window. Mine took so long to root but it got some big leaves recently it gets morning sun.
If it needs that much light, I may give up on it 🤣

I switched to a wire backing…couldn’t keep mine from molding either and I didn’t want to lower the humidity from 60 - 62%. Very cheap for the wire back also from Amazon.

O I would live a cube blue I dont have one and unfortunately I cant find one around where I live most are 60 bucks and above for a 4 inch pot I think that's kinda high
The market for Cebu is very strange around here. Sparsely planted Cebu in stores sell for $20, but my full 4 inch pots of cuttings I can’t sell on fb for $10. It’s weird.

I bought a zz from a local seller and it doesn’t grow either smh
They’re just slow. I’m certain they resent my timeline lol
More light required,they can tolerate low light but to grow they need at least medium light.
