So nobody is going to say anything how FRA 100 did two big hits on two different boats starting from 6:01 and then only did one penalty turn much later on as well?! I saw on the rewatch of livestream from Day 5 that even commentator saw those hits twice clearly and lots of people around him from what can be heard were yelling loudly on that too, but still only one penalty turn made no matter that everybody saw that two times from a mile...can someone explain this to me, what rules are applicable here?
