Skipping is a very efficient mode of movement, good to see a couple of bearded guys holding hands and skipping, shame all the forest flowers were not in bloom.

Me Aunty Ann found a one footed pigeon with a broken wing on her doorstep last autumn which she named Colin 😂! She’s scared of birds but still made him a cardboard house and weatherproofed it and stuck it down the little 1ft wide space between her gaff and next doors, she fed and watered our Col daily and nursed him back to the kind of health a club footed one winged pigeon called Colin could ever hope to achieve! Our Col was on the mend and hopping about merrily in her garden late into this summer and she had started to get over her fear of birds and then BOOM!…….out of nowhere a Crow came down and snapped his neck in front of her leaving a twitching bloodied ball of feathers on floor which I had to come and sort out. RIP our Colin😩😂………she’s still upset now the sausage 🤪
