- This is a new mini-series covering the complete story of the Guild Wars 2; because with the End of Dragons expansion looming on the horizon I want that lore yummy fresh in my mind and as it spans seven years, two expansion and five season I think brushing on the main narrative arch's and characters is in order. thank you for this. i've always been curious about guild war's story but its so daunting to get into it since its been already going on for so many years..
Its honestly a fun narrative journey but, much like FFXIV's 'A Realm Reborn', the starting tale does show it's age. That said, it does showcase the world and its history very well.
A good trip down memory lane. I look forward to the rest of the series!

Zhaitan is my favorite elder dragon along with kralk
I had the urge to plow through the whole returning champion thing. Took my Thief about 3 days of cele daredevil death blossom and dodging through it all! Now trying to find some kind of motivation to continue lol.

I wish I could play my character's personal story again sometimes. Replaying the never having figured out what happened to your parents, tybalt, etc

@@FornaxTheHerald Have you ever considered collaborating with other GW2 content creators to increase the frequency of your video output? If you had more help collecting and/or creating the video clips, editing everything together, and maybe even help in writing the scripts (that you would read of course), I imagine that you could complete 1 to 3 videos a week, depending on how many others were involved. I for one would love to see more videos from you more often, and I think I speak for hundreds, if not thousands of other GW2 players as well.
Where in the personal story did it go into such detail about our purpose and all of the different elder dragons? I just played through it to level 80 and I wasn't aware of any of that.

GW2 lore is just garbage, like so many games, basically just a mish mash of every other fantasy novel/game, but especially they were playing alot of elder scrolls when they wrote this, lol - The "Norns" (nords) a race of men from the north driven out of their homeland by dragons?? Anyway its a fun game but the lore is a total waste!
