- Famitsu recently released an interview with SNK's CEO wherein plans to grow the company in the next 10 years and interest in reviving dormant IPs were revealed. In this video I talk about some of my ideas for what kind of games SNK could be making going forward.
Neo Turf Masters revival would be fun.

I really need an SNK game that focuses on Villains, they have such a great cast to use, imagine a King of Fighters type thing, but it's a lot of SNK's bosses fighting each other to become The King of Bosses or some shit.
I just want to see how they'd all interact in their ways of trying to take the Title.
A souls-like game where the Kusanagi and Yagami clan are bustin' yokai heads open with their bare hands (also flames)
KOF For Girls (RIP) having the player being the manager of KOF participants is honestly a killer idea and I think it could really work as a non-romantic visual novel or even a management sim. The teams could even have different difficulties depending how hard they seem to please, ie Team GAW being easy to keep happy but Team Sacred Treasures needs you to keep Kyo and Iori from seriously starting shit before the tournament even starts.
I think they did address why Season 2 is just single characters, or at least we can infer why; a lot of KOF XV's developers were moved over to the development team for the new Garou. So there's less people working on KOF now.
I want a Metal Slug first person shooter similar to Star Wars: Battlefront. The series has tons of landscapes, weapons and vehicles that could be put into the game. And just like SWBF you get the chance to play as a Hero or Villian from the series. Unlike other team games where it's one army versus another there would be 3 teams (Peregrine Falcon Squad, Morden's Rebel Army and Mars People).
Adel joining the Ikaris, going after Rugal at some point. Lots of playable characters. Cool like 3.5D vibrant looking game. that'd be my Ikari pick. He'd not be using any sorts of firearms at all like the others would but he'd be a fun addition and it's not like SNK are doing anything with his storyline setup.
I could see Rose following like always and, complaining about things some times.
A souls-like Samsho game where you get to train with Haohmaru and get to fight hideous monsters like Kusaregedo. 😌
I think a beat-em up using either Fatal Fury or AoF would be cool.
Or both. 😀 They both take place in South Town.

great vid as always. for decades a lot of us diehard fans have been wanting SNK do do more with their characters outside of just fighting games. a yakuza style AOF/FF game hell even a cart racer or party game. the sheer thiught excites me but i’d be honest in saying idk if they could pull it off successfully

I remember athena having a old game on ps1 that played like classic resident evil (i think the name was "athena awakening from the ordinary life"). They could do something with the concept wile trying to explain the hole reason people tried to get kensou dragon power.

I'd want Samsho to get a remake for the RPG but maybe the way Final Fantasy is doing it now.
Fatal Fury as an action game? I'd rather see Art of Fighting go that Final Fight route. Way too many well intentioned stars in Garou while you have literally everyone wanting to kill, rob, or kidnap, in AoF games. Even Takuma is in on it. lol
I've been wanting an RPG with SNK characters for probably decades. Some amazing lore there, just collecting dust for 30 years. But current SNK won't have a budget to make something really good, I'm afraid. Even their main fighting games still look like absolute crap. I bet PS3 can run KoF15 and that new Fatal Fury game...
