Bergen County has so many commuting options into NYC if you're considering a move here and still need to work in the city. When I moved to Westwood, NJ, I didn't know where to begin with looking at towns, but knew I needed to still get into the city for work. I used the train map on the NJ Transit website as a starting point to get to know the names of towns, then started working with a realtor to see where my budget could work based on my needs.

Thank you for the video! I’m 19 and I just finished trade school in NY for my plumbing certificate and I couldn’t decide whether to commute to NYC or work in NJ. I’m going to give commuting a try!

Why is there a freight train pictured on the video? Is that another method of commuting?
