Update: I finished this game (both two memories and journey into lost memories), and I sobbed.
It's so good.
This one's on my backlog but your video has moved it higher in my queue! Happy to hear you're enjoying it!
Cing was such an underrated developer. Hotel Dusk, Last Window, Ahaom, and these two games that I wanted to play for years. I'm so happy they were remastered.
Little King Story was also fire
You will definitely love the second game.
Yes! I'm at the end of it, and it's so good
Fragile Dreams for the Wii is something anyone should follow up with after these, rough as it may be in various ways. It would be great for Namco to remaster on switch.
I haven't played a cozy game in so long, after watching your vid I'll definitely be adding this to my list! 😊
Adored this game. Ashley is a little charmer. Game is so relaxing. Loved the graphic style and music. So much great voice acting.
This game is on my list of things to play this year! I’m so happy to hear so many people say great things about it 🥰
Chill games are always the best . Just a game you can sit on the couch with a cup of coffee and relax
Been playing Another Code Recollection myself, and it really takes me back to the old style of point and click adventure games I played back when I was a kid in the early 2000s. Love this game to pieces so far.
This was such a fun video! Thanks so much for sharing about this game.
If you're looking for cozy game recs, you should definitely check out Meg's Monster! It's super short, amazing pixel art, and super touching story!! I think you'll really like it.

YEEEAAAH ASHLEEEEEEY
I know you're gonna ADORE the Credits theme just as much as me, so happy you enjoying this gem!
I played the first game as a kid, but never got far, now I got a second chance to go through, not just the first one, but also go through the second one for the first time. I wrote down my thoughts on the game for my twitter media thread
I truly love both games and I’m glad Nintendo brought them back, best start to a new year for me 🖤🖤
Two Memories
"First off, ain't no way we're calling this game a remaster, that's just putting it lightly, this is so much more than that, second, I'm not sure if I should've made this it's own entry, but allas, here we are! I remember ""messing around"" with the DS Version as a kid, and even as a teen, not sure why I got stuck, but I never got far but always had fond memories of playing it regardless, so going into this game, I had some form of familiarity, but a lot of it was new to me. The story in all honesty felt more compelling, and even though the big twist was kinda predictable, the entire mystery and everything leading up to it felt very engaging. With that being said, I do have some nitpicks, while I love the new Voice Acting, I just gotta say, some performances felt very weak and flat, which kinda took me out of the moment at times (Ashely and D are perfect btw), the camera got very close to Ashley at times, to the point where I'd be playing the game in First Person, I just wish there was a bit more wiggle room to get a better view if anything, and while we're on the topic, camera movement did not feel smooth at all, while I did up the camera speed in the settings, it just didn't feel as responsive if I'm being honest, it felt more like a digital press than really having full analogue control of it, and honestly, same goes for walking. Other than that, this game is bloody fantastic, I don't care what you're doing, go pick up Another Code on Switch!"
Journey Into Lost Memories
Actually everything I've said about Two Memories still applies here, the gameplay, the story, the puzzles, it's still all very engaging, albiet with some caveats, like the camera, and some of the voice work. What I forgot to mention however, were some of the low res. textures for objects when examining, as well as some grunts and pants just feeling unnatural and out of place. And something I felt while playing Journey Into Lost Memories, was it's pacing, while the lenght is fine, clocking in at around 8-9 hours, some of the pacing early on felts slow. But other than that, that's all for my nitpickin! Something I loved MORE about this one, is how the story felt like a coming of age story and also feels more personal and we get to learn more about Ashley and who she is as a person, and the diverse cast of characters, this game made me feel close to each and everyone of them, it made me WANT to go back, and talk to everyone, saying goodbye, reminisce about the journey we had, before I get up on that bus, to go home... it was perfect, perfect. Everything, down to the last minute details. Thank you for this remake!
i have it like you, the physical copy for the switch. yet mine does not start on the captins boat. it starts on the island before the mansion.
Loved the original game back in 2005, was always sad we didn't get the sequel in North America. This remake was SO unexpected, but I loved it! Never thought Nintendo would revisit this series again outside of possible ports. But that would only be possible if they make another dual screen console so I figured we'd never see these games again.
Come on Nintendo, do the same for Hotel Dusk! Kyle Hyde needs to be brought back too!
Why did Nintendo give this remake of an old DS game such a massive marketing budget? I've been getting ads for it constantly, and now this.
It's a remaster I hope we get more of this
Ooo 😮
I love this games :3
Sarah this is my fav of 2024 too
I played the demo
if you haven’t done it already you should totally try the life is strange games
I love Life is Strange!
Based off of aesthetics alone I was expecting this game to be all cozy but no it gets so sad 😢 I loved the look of this game and the story and am glad to see another friend who enjoyed this game too. I hope you enjoy the second game I thought it was even BETTER! Best Wishes ❤
I love games that are cozy and deep at the same time! I think I only have like an hour left of the second game, and it’s been so good
