Thomas Gast was born in 1961. At the age of 23 he joined the French Foreign Legion, his school of life. His first two years were with the 3rd Infantry Regiment in French Guyana, he then served seventeen years, attaining the rank of Adjutant, in the elite 2nd Parachute Regiment (the only airborne unit in the French Foreign Legion), based on the island of Corsica. During this time, he was involved in a wide variety of overseas tours and theaters of operation.

Great video, quick question I sustained a meniscus bucket tear playing rugby it has been repaired with key hole surgery and I have no complaints since will I still be able to apply any reply would be great, merci from Ireland
