Wow. I live in Lancaster PA and I've seen homeless and addicted in our city, but this is so extreme. I feel so sheltered and naive to this reality. Thanks for the awareness. Hopefully now I can find a way to help. Just tragic and heartbreaking

What is the point of you wizzing up and down near empty streets and putting up a video titled streets of Philadelphia when your totally missing out all the bits with the homeless and the drug users on . your giving half the picture ( if that ) . If you’re too afraid to go too close to film it properly stop trying to make money off them and wasting our time looking at the little you do manage to get
