- Before corona age - night walk through the Ryomyong Street in Pyongyang. One of the most recognizable newly build apartments in the capital of DPRK.
The street was full of life and busy crowds were moving around the streets.
The footage was taken at 8.30 PM on regular working day.

This video are very incredible!
As a result of a marked increase in the number of comments containing hateful content, I have decided to temporarily suspend comments on all DPRK-related videos until further notice. I kindly request that all viewers respect each other's political views and refrain from using disparaging or offensive language. It's important to recognize that individual comments on a CZcams video uploaded by an anonymous user are unlikely to produce meaningful change on a global scale. However, constructive dialogue and mutual understanding can contribute to a more positive and productive online community. Thank you for your cooperation.
Seems reasonable. Some channels about NK that i follow gets a lot of hate from western users.
Beautiful
Some nice buildings.
Beautiful! 🇰🇵❤️
Thank you 😉
@@sorbinian You're welcome!! I love your content! I really want to visit the DPRK one day. Preferably many more than just one.
@@wiredmind hope to see you in Pyongyang someday! Hopefully they will open the country next year, i really cannot wait to see it ahain
@@sorbinian Hope to see you too!! Let me know if you plan to visit and I could see if I can get the same tour ;) hahah
I know right, fingers crossed they open soon, I can finally afford to go but it's difficult to travel _anywhere_ these days let alone the DPRK lol
Free korea from commies!!
nice and clean
COVI19 FREE, TRAFFIC FREE, CLEAN PEOPLE'S, CLEAN CITY, ALL CLEANINGS.

Nope, they even rejected the vaccines.

I've noticed plenty of North Koreans with smartphones, taking pictures, selfies and all of that stuff that we are used to. There was a ban in the past around 00s, but it was abolished later on.
1:50 a UFO ¡¡¡¡
Didn't know you were able to go out at night. This is a good thing.
It seems so beautiful and serene 😍 I wonder how much an apartment in one of those buildings would cost??? It seems like it'd be a nice place to live if ur in a nice area atleast lol
There's free housing for DPRK citizens, no clue how much would it cost for foreigner to move in, but certainly quite a lot haha
If it was seoul the streets would be full of cars and everybode will have a phone their hand and it will be
more modern
Nobody in North Korea can have a car lol
@@snailart9214 most cars on the streets of cities are state-owned however, there are some people that own a car.
It's true that Seoul and other cities in south Korea have undergone significant modernization and development in recent decades, leading to a bustling urban environment with a high prevalence of mobile devices and other modern technologies. However, it's important to remember that every country and city has its own unique history and cultural context, and it's not always productive to make comparisons between them. While North Korea may not have the same level of modernity as South Korea, it's still a country with its own distinct character and identity. Rather than focusing on what a place lacks or comparing it to others, we can strive to appreciate the qualities that make each place special in its own way.

Mateusz, how old is this video?
I am curious too
내가 오늘도 좋은일만 있을 거야 그리고 내일도 화이팅 👏
Walking while talking to each other
Mean while we people outside talking to each other but our eyes not even look at each other coz we only focus on our phone the whole time 🤣🤣🤣🤣
it's probably the only asian country that doesn't have a phone addiction problem 🤣
Hi, thank you very much for these videos. I dont understand, how can you make videos there ? and then post them on CZcams ? Are you not afraid to get in trouble ? Thank you for your answer 😊
Hi, I've spent around 2 weeks in DPRK, I was allowed to film literally everything I saw

All countries especially america shud stop interfering in north korea. North korea is living peacefully and happily
@@dhk1126
If NK stopped doing nuclear weapons, then they would end Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, etc. But guess what, NK didn’t surrender and the country doesn’t get children killed by drone attacks.
Really. Why don't you move there & find out if it's really peaceful & you have freedom of speech.
peacefully? why they were begging everyone for help when they had a famine then? (million died)
America has no intrest in North Korea North Korea uses America as an excuse to fool its people into believing they need a big army to protect the country from them when in fact they need a big army to protect the evil regime
The 2 guys with the suits are following you??
Probably guides or ''minders''
All citizens are in suits. Only western tourist are strictly guided, but maybe he has a permit.
Driver & guide. Asked them to go for a ride & walk across some most popular places in Pyongyang after having some late dinner in a local restaurant serving bulgogi at the Changjon Street
Clean, well kept streets and all of the people look as though they care how they present themselves. Not like here in the west where untidiness is the norm.
Not really, the west is largely clean considering how much stuff we have
question , were you wondering around alone or with a tourist group? i’ve heard that when you’re at an embassy you’re not allowed to leave late at night ?
I have the theory that he pretended to be a native before entering the country and with a small camera (I think it's because of the quality) he recorded people and maybe he just slipped away
@@consumismo8848 he might be a resident there. there's an Indonesian dude who makes vlogs in North korea who happens to be living there.

What is this place? Where’s the litter, where’s the graffiti, where are the obese and where are those dressed in rags?
Well not every city in the world must look like a trash haha
not every city has the ability to look like your neighborhood
In some countries, "Officially", they say We hate this country or we hate those people . The people of the record, say the opposite .
In DPRK, I am assuming their hatred , however misguided is REAL. Taking videos like this takes a lot of connections.
Clean roads , good infrastructure, peaceful living and citizens there seem to love the Kim administration!! 😊
North Korea be lookin' like the 1960s
It's true that North Korea may have a certain retro aesthetic that could be reminiscent of the 1960s, but it's important to remember that appearances can be deceiving. While North Korea may not have the same level of modern infrastructure and development as other countries, it's still a place with a rich and complex history, culture, and society. It's important to approach other cultures and countries with an open mind and a willingness to learn and understand, rather than relying on simplistic stereotypes or assumptions based on superficial appearances.
Do you know if there are any city in NK that are impossible to visit? I never saw a video about Samjiyon.
also could you talk with the locals without feeling pressure?
it is hard to visit Samjiyon and Rajin, but not impossible
Where are the rats eating people?
It's unfortunate that false and sensationalized images of North Korea are often portrayed in the media, as they do not accurately represent the everyday reality of the country and its people. It's important to be critical of the information we receive and seek out diverse sources to gain a more complete understanding of the places and people we discuss. Let's focus on respectful and informed discussions about North Korea, rather than perpetuating harmful and inaccurate myths.
So beautiful! North Korea is like a time machine. Whenever we feel like travelling back in time, there is North Korea. I hope they stay as they are.
Won't stay as it is now, for sure.
Well actually they are pretty modern, they have smartphones, their own version of internet, even social media, it’s just a different piece of world than we used to have in western countries
@@sorbinian what is the name of their social media? Does it works only on Pyongyang or the whole country?
@@NoreenAquino you can access their websites either if you have network connection at home via PC/tablet/laptop (they have even their own wifi adapters) or via mobile data connection the same way you connect to the internet from your smartphone. I am sorry but I don't remember the name. There are hundreds of websites on their version of internet including chat sites, social media, internet shops, there is even netflix-like platform to watch videos called Manbang.
@@sorbinian that's awesome!! I'm curious what these things cost compared to a place like the US? It seems like a beautiful place to live!
