Everyone overanalyzes everything about the DPRK, it's so strange how even a video of people standing around can be dissected.
Why not ? It's like the Soviet Union: "a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." And a dangerous one at that.
@@michaelbetzer1966 uh no it's a video of people living their lives and the people in this video aren't doing anything unusual.
We know almost everything about the USSR now, and you know what we found out? It was composed largely of normal people living pretty normal lives.
The people in this comment section looking for craziness where there isn't anything are the strange ones.
Also, if you do want to know about North Korea, the information is out there. Read "North Korea: Another Country" if you have genuine curiosity about the country instead of overanalyzing short clips of people walking around.
Don't get me wrong, these clips are cool to see. But they're not showing anything unusual.
The hypocrites who criticize NK while they are turning a blind eye on India. The fact is people in NK have much better quality of living than people in India. Hypocrites never cared for the 1 billion poor starving people in democratic capitalist India, but they "care" about NK people who have free housing, food, medical services, education, safety, job security, and more.
@@alicesenz6374 The fact is that we have to deal with fanatized and brainwashed people who have been let to think they live in a "free world", and now that everything is literally crumbling under their feet as the days go by, they have to find fault with other countries (countries they don't know at all) so as to "calm themselves down" with the erroneous thinking that "someone is having harder times than me". So, everything that contradicts the propaganda they've been brainwashed with for years must be ruthlessly and crazily attacked and slandered. I feel pitiful for those people. The DPRK is just indicating the road of salvation ahead of us.

oh, man, this video scene looks like city of canton, guangzhou china in 1986 most likely. I saw lots of older model trucks on this Pyongyang street------in which is called jiefeng, or Dongfeng brand trucks in china. surely that north korea got them from china in a huge discount price.
Let's talk about the folks, their appearance are very lean, their face showing curiosity but with a bit of grim. I know why, from the interview , local people may ask themselves, ---------how come people from other countries can visit us, but why not us have the right to go out????? there is no chance for common north korean civilians to exit the country, unless you are among those high rank government officials, otherwise, you are fully sealed and trapped inside north korea in your entire life. very bad and boring. they don't know, they don't get any external news media access, they only know whatever government broadcast , only, and only, nothing else, life is very limited, not good.
