Yeah I think Cyn killed Tessa herself as in a brief flash when N touches the zombie drones tape in ep. 4 you can see Cyn with a human arm inside her mouth. I think that was Tessa's arm and she then used Tessa's skin, blood, and body as some kind of fleshy suit to be Tessa. It's pretty screwed up when you think about it.
Cyn is on another level of f**ked up on the villainous scale…

Out of everything that happen in this episode N decapitating Tessa truly surprice me the most cause i was expecting N to confront Tessa in order to protect Uzi..... But defenedtly was not expectin him to cut off Tessa's head whit no hesitation!!

I remember just saying, “She straight-up got deCAPitaTED” with that exact stress on the letters.
N felt that Tessa was acting strange in episode 6. Tessa and N were very close during the happy days before Father like Absolute Solver ruined their lives and everyone they knew in the end.
It also kills me that the last scene where Uzi pushes N away before she's pulled into the hole shows N was fully ready to fly over to her and save her too, but she really said "No. Get to a safe spot." and pushes him
The way that Blood spilled out after Tessa/Cyn take out the space suit really just creeping me out.
Especially on the thought that it's definitely been quite some time since that gala 💀

Cyn probably keept her blood warm in the siut somehow so that the blood dosent dry up or become cold and as for the bones...pherhaps she hollowed out tessas skin, went inside it like a siute, and has a ability to keep the blood warm and runing/filled in the siut with blood and for last. the bones inside the siut aswell for extra reality 😢 very gruesome (she basically tore every organ out of tessa and used em as simple parts exept for tessas brain and other tissue)
Well we do know the Solver can generate flesh, so maybe she kept renewing her blood?

N staggering and resting on his sword after decapitating “Tessa” definitely showed how shook he was to do that.🥺 I guess he’d be a mix of relived and horrified to know Tessa’s been dead for a while instead of being the one to take her life.😥
Also, Cyn seemed to want to eat N after she couldn’t control him anymore since Uzi became the admin for his system, so it’s pretty cold that once she couldn’t get what she wanted, she’d just consume him knowing there were plenty more copies where that comes from.😳😥
Remember episode 5 ERROR 606 Is yellow it's collor Cyn, it is mean that Uzi can same control with some robots but she can't because patch is made by Cyn that's why Doll in episode 3 sayed i will help you later, i guess that Patch it is Antivirus.

CYN's relationship with N turned out to be the most cruel in the series since she took away everything from N from his past, his world and people that cared about him, every interaction with him is laced with lies, cruelty and manipulation.
And N was betrayed and reduced to a killing machine who was only kept around as a useful idiot by someone who turned to be an inescapable monster.
Just gotta point out that you say that J is mean towards Tessa, while in the episode we see the exact opposite, with Tessa being the only person she's nice towards
I was confused about that too, J is specifically mean to N in particular, but J is like a comfort drone to Tessa, plus you can see them together as a dynamic duo.
Tessa doesn't needing problems with J because if J know Tessa is Cyn she will kill her. By the way V will back with Khan with N because N will be alone.

Tessa seems to be J’s favorite person while J seems to be the drone Tessa trusts the most. N is her favorite in the way a kid might have a favorite toy or stuffed animal while J is more like a friend to her.
I think she sees him more like a little brother to dote on, hence why she was so excited and happy to see him. Not surprising since he acts like a puppy.
I think that N will snap to the point that he goes full “Disassembly Mode” and just destroys a crap ton of stuff in a fit of rage
if V's sacrifice wasnt enough to cause that (while N clearly doesnt have a crush on her anymore, its still very obvious he cared a lot for her), i dont think uzi's will be either. hes gonna be super upset, angry even, but he wont lose his mind

@@brigidtheirish N has been through a lot already, and he hasnt cracked in the slightest. yes, within the span of about an hour, the two people closest to him sacrificed themselves, and someone he thought he could trust turned out to not be who she said she was, BUT! hes resilient. considering being shown that him, J and V all helped in killing everyone on earth (something he didnt know about due to cyn removing his memories) and he didnt crack from that shows that hes mentally strong enough to not crack

I'd want to point a correction, Cyn is not the only "improperly" disposed bot
All of Tessa's Bots are "Improperly Disposed" - They all have yellow armbands that mark them for Disassembly, yet their hardware hasn't been turned into a pile of scrap... that's why Tessa's mom refers to them all as her "dumpster pets" plural. and like the episode prior that, The presumed father saying they have to curb her trips to the dump while looking at N, then equally wondering where she gets the hair to play dressup with them, and that its creepy.
At the very least. N J And V (and Cyn) all have what looks like Marked for Disassembly armbands. and are highly implied taken from the dump, There presumed to be more of them that "broke" and are clogging up the library, but they're really just under Cyn's control, Which makes Cyn's defense of "They're not broken and cannot be thrown out anymore" 100% fact... They're just working to a different "correct" as according to Cyn/Solver.
I also disagree with both Cyn and you on the dynamics of imprinting...
She DOESN'T inherit an "affection" for all the drones from Tessa. She DOESN'T even really copy over their personalities EXACT (to themselves each copy)..
She literally STOLE V's personality for herself. - N and V had chemistry in ep2. V was Sheepish and gentle, shy. - In Ep5 - V is "broken" and Cyn literally "SHEEPISH NOD"'s her way to the Gala with N. - She literally tried to take V's place. That's part of why some People theorize the whole "Cyn affection to N" not just "Big brother" Or "Romantic ship" but that Cyn for some unknown reason is trying to flirt with N and literally takes things he "Might've liked about V" and incorporated it into herself.
Same with Tessa. who She can't easily error or get rid of without alarm. She also incorporates bits from How Tessa Appears, and maybe acts, Cause N shows a strong enough bond towards her.
She has no Respect for J, and J has no affection shown towards N. She literally leaves J as she is.
Fast forward to the Murder drone versions of them.
J is still J
N is still N
V is Psychopathic and unhinged. She literally says "And yet I still feel nothing" and things like "Yeah, I'm not okay" - She's COMPLETELY devoid of her shy sheepish personality from Episode 2
She JUST so happened to be the one that N showed Affection towards and vice versa. And JUST so happens to be the only one who has a completely different personality? - Oh yeah she still has the ability to foster some kinda attachment and reserve for N, J, Uzi, and others who grow to earn that. but she is NOT like she used to be.
Meanwhile N is almost ENTIRELY who he used to be, Minus the Murder drone tendencies that seem layered ontop of it.
J. Also. Like I said. She's just J. Snobbish, Meaner / callous towards N, just because. Ep2 worker J is just like ep5 worker J is just like ep 1 5 and 6 Murder/Disassembly J... and arguably 7 but there wasn't a lot of her there.
Solver Cynessa Might say she keeps their personalities around, cause she likes how they surprise or something but thats a fucking lie. Like I said. V 's current personality is at best a empty shell of what it used to be in Episode 2, Which wasn't shown as much, but it was still shown a complete 180 from current. And we couldn't see it in the bigger episde of their past, cause she was the first that got removed from the trio.
it looks WAY more like. Cyn kept N's personality around. Cause she likes how HE is. and how he reacts to things. - TesCYN is literally only affectionate towards N in Episode 6, Ordering J around like a servant, Large disregard for V, and full playful with N - As I've pointed from the combing over of episode 6, she literally gets princess carried by him after swan diving into the hole, and while carried, she's pawing at his hair.
For some reason. She wants N despite this Seemingly extra-entity Solver, hiveminding it up.
So basically cyn is a yandere
She said "We can no longer be thrown out now", why wouldn't she also refer to herself?
She just played more timid
V emulated J to keep at least some of her memory, if she was truly a psychopath she wouldn't have kept secrets from N in order to protect him, & she acts a lot differently in episode 6 than in episode 1, to the point that she is actually shown CARING for Uzi.
It's not, you can clearly see N, V, & J still have their personalities by episode 6.

With at the very least. N V and J, as well as Cyn. seeming to HEAVILY be implied as such.
Proper disposal. according to the Zombie drone (A very old ) tape
Step 1. Software cleanup (Software death)
Step 2 HARDWARE cleanup...
First - you verify they match the armband. Which. N, V, and J, as well as Cyn, can all be seen with a yellow armband, which the tape shows is the color and caution for marked for disassembly. You can see these easily in episode 2 as Cyn is introduced. They all very clearly have the armband.
Then you proceed to step 1 - Injecting them them "FUN" (wdOS_606)
"FUN" can be interrupted or rejected immediately, or for up to 5 years.
"incompletely disassembled drones can reboot from software death alone"
(This (software death) is fun for them)
Step 2 - Disconnect the AI core
Process the drone (1) core (1) through disassembly unit - i.e Separately disassemble both drone body and core
Affirm FUN (Technician is supposed to have fun essentially MULCHING the core and drone body, They appear as a pile of parts afterwards.)
Any drone that is remotely intact in the dump. Is improperly disposed of.
Tessa's Father " we got to curb her trips to the dump " (Trips, plural)
"And where is she getting the hair to play dress up with them? Creepy..." (Them, plural, Hair, N, J, V, Cyn, and maybe others. Tessa's "dumpster pets")
This is before Cyn is introduced to them, too - So its not Cyn's influence allowing for Hair.
That is the point I started off with.
The correction I wanted to add.
That Its not Just Cyn.
Its implied to be all four of them, at the very least. and Potentially implied to be all of Tessa's drones. That she just, rescues them all from the dump where people improperly disposed of them, giving them a second chance.
This part. Is also why i don't think Solver is a "Hazardous mutation" - The tape is Old. This is based off the companies OLD understanding, even before Cyn is added to the equation. I could argue maybe thats what happens with V. A mutation of her personality turning her extremely hazardous as compared before. But not Cyn.
Cyn looks to get contacted shortly after that zombie drone video. a conversation takes place, not like showing us her code running and morphing, But something speaks to her and asks for access to be granted. That doesn't sound like mutation of the AI core after rebooting from software death. - that sounds like an outside entity, that integrates with Cyn, A symbiotic host situation that causes physical mutations, corrupting the code afterwards.

J has never shown anything that looks similar to how V acted at the Prom the "Yeaah.. BEST friends. So easily manipulated" and later mental gymnastic to rationalize accepting the prom queen and THEN killing them. - She had no need to "hide" herself here. and yet its still nothing like her personality in episode 2, or what itty bitty bit peeked out in ep5 memories.
While feeding the drones entrails to him, from him, while he was still active, pleading not to do it.

I was very impressed with the moment N killed Tessa, he said she had "one chance" to answer his question and actually followed through with that rather than giving her the chance to monologue and pull something.

Sooooo, I just rewatched episode 5 after seeing this, and because I did that, I think I know have an explanation to why "Cyn" is doing this, and not caring what happens to the drones she quote en quote, "loves". That is because.......the main antagonist was never Cyn to begin with. It was always the Absolute Solver. The real Cyn died before the series even began, and the Cyn that we see now is a huge imposter. Don't you get it? What the solver is doing right now to Tessa, is what it was doing to Cyn in the very beginning when it woke her up in that junkyard: using her physical body as a puppet, to do as it pleases. That's why "cyn" doesn't feel bad about doing any of this! It was never her actually! She technically never even met N at any point in her original life before she got improperly killed! N's attempted friendship and genuine kindness meant nothing to it. It just wanted to feed! And only feed! Using human abuse as a convenient excuse to unleash its ungodly horrors! It just makes you wonder really about what exactly cyn's first life was like and how she died. We will probably NEVER get an answer to that since it's not really the point of the story, but dang it! It's such an interesting mystery, it just really makes you wonder.

When Cyn takes over Uzi after she destroys the cross USB she tells N "Don't worry your backups will forgive me" Implying that she can recreate N,V and J as many times as she desires, the real question is can their be multiple of any drone at a time aka could we see two Ns for example

I'm confused why people think Copper 9 is completely desroyed. Isn't that just the whole where the planets core imploded? You can even see the rest of the planet on the sides.
The parts of the planet that are there are completely disconnected from each other, meaning the planet is destroyed in some way, maybe not fully, but still quite destroyed, and will probably be pulled into the Null unless Cyn/the Solver is destroyed.
Then again, we can't really tell if that IS true or not, it could be Cyn/the Solver doing something similar to what it did with N and making Uzi THINK that Copper-9 was destroyed but really wasn't, though what purpose that would have is up for debate
My theory is that I think is that Ozzie when she's floating in space. She's seen Earth because Tessa showed n Earth.

8:20 The J who arrived on Copper 9 with "Tessa" (let's call her J2) was probably in on the deception from the get-go. I think J2's confused reaction in Episode 6 to "Tessa's" orders wasn't her being surprised by "Tessa's" brusqueness, but her being surprised that "Tessa" didn't want backup. Plus, J2 had to figure out what the actual order was; which, as we now know, was that J2 had to destroy all other ways off the planet.
J destroyed the pile of bodies during episode 7, which could definitely be used by the AS & may have been a part of its plan.
@@AceJackWagon885 I think she was just targeting the shuttle N, V, and J arrived on. Most of the corpse spire was unharmed. Also, her voice has an AS overlay by the end of 7, which reveals that she's almost fully possessed.

I don't really see any evidence for that.
A non possessed J would likely still be incredibly loyal to Tessa to the point of obeying her when she tells J to blow up other pods to "stop infected drones from leaving" (maybe).
Something I don't see people bring up is the fact that despite being a drone wearing human skin cyn was still immune to the sentinels boot looping. I think she was using human eyeballs up until she removed her helmet
I was wondering the same thing, I assumed it was since she didn't look directly, but sometimes she does and nothing happens to her. Maybe she was just smart and closed her eyes xd that's if we assume that the light from the sentries only affects if the drone looks directly
@@iamrocigamer6133 It was the space helmet she was wearing, which is likely another reason she didnt take it off. if you recall episode 6 towards the end, V was fine when she had glasses on (cuz they were reflecting the flash of the Sentinels, but she became vulnerable when the glasses got smashed. Its the same for "Tessa" (Cyn) because she had the helmet on, therefore it reflected the flash of the Sentinel and shielded her from being Boot-looped.

I like how whenever the solver is in charge, blood is involved. Like how at the very beginning of the episode, Uzi coughs up blood, hinting towards the Solver's ability to mimic a human.
I feel bad for Tessa she just wanted friends and instead she was abusive by her family and then been killed by one of her “Friends” and her body and legacy be corrupted by syn😢
I think it's important to remember that Cyn and Solver aren't the same character.
The Absolute Solver existed long before Cyn; it also seems that one can access the Solver without it completely corrupting oneself if a patch that fixes the security exploit is applied.
It also seems that whatever the Solver is, it's some eldritch unknowable god of some sort

I don't think N had already decided to sacrifice Uzi, I don't think he was capable of making that choice, but he was trying. He clearly was talking to "Tesa" when he said "We are NOT going to hurt you in a pasive agresive tone, but he probably was not ready to sacrifice everything for Uzi and was hoping to fide another solution.
So, not only Cyan disguised herself as Tessa, but she tricked Uzi and N into going into THE Most Vile, Disgusting, Grotesque, Gruesome, Disturbing and Horrific flesh-like experiment, and almost got those two killed?! That's just ALL kinds of Messed Up right there!
She was being silly.

It’s such an extra level of cruel for Cyn to wear Tessa’s corpse when N was seemingly Tessa’s favorite drone and Cyns favorite “pet”
Dronecut never fails me to say: "WHAT!?" and "OHHHHH.."
To add another layer of messed up, Cyn could’ve just used any other corpse in the mansion as a skin suit and still get into the labs, but she specifically choose Tessa for this task (also note that she said she wouldn’t discard Tessa in episode 4). This wasn’t just a random decision, she did this to mentally break N and emotionally manipulate him even more since Tessa was the only human nice to him, and just distorting her corpse after grafting it onto her own body is even more disgusting after what he just went through (though if she did appear as anyone else it might raise even more suspicion).
I feel like Ns feelings are more complicated than we think. I feel like N is in a conflict with who he loves because of his program. As we can see Cyn used both of those interests of N to mock and mentally torment him on the decisions he has to make. I also feel like V is more of a reminder of his past while Uzi is a show for what his future can become.

I personally think the absolute solver is able to produce the skin that Cyn has because we have seen it create biological life before in episode 4.
I also think that when the fake Tessa scanned her finger to prove she was human that her hand was created by the solver. I think that because if it was Tessa’s hand then it would have been the same black silhouette but it wasn’t. If you really think about it then we know the solver can create hands like the one that grabbed Thad in episode 2.
All together I think the solver created the skin, hand, and blood that was used by Cyn in episode 7.
tessa was in shadow in the flashbacks because all humans were, its not how humans look in this universe, its just how they were in the flash backs.
yes, the solver can create humanoid hands, but its unlikely for the ones cyn was wearing to not be tessa's because its connected directly to human arms, as opposed to whatever they were connected to with the solver by default
the solver can create organic matter, but outside of hands it hasnt been shown to create skin, only a meat-like material. and, for all of the people for cyn to make, why did she take after tessa's skin, if it isnt actually her skin?

Honestly, I would bet Tessa is alive. MD has a tendency of reviving dead characters and all we know is that Cyn had her finger. The rest of the body could be anyone/anything else.

If someone ever asked me to describe Cyn's nature, I'd say it in three words: monstrous, cunning and obssessive. Cyn might be one of the few antagonists that I genuinely found myself hating for how she manipulates the feelings those under her control. As said, she could've made all Disassembly Drones mindless killing machines but, because of N, she realized it would be more interesting if they maintained their personalities. "Interest", that's her motivation. Its because of these emotions that the drones developed that they become unpredictable, out of her control, and she finds it interesting, more FUN. A twisted mentality she learned from humans because she couldn't look over the surface, over the dark side of humans, to understand true human emotion and tenderness.
for some reason, the idea of Cyn having romantical feelings for N disgusts me
same goes for Tessa, I feel like Tessa sees him more like a pet rather than a love interest

I don't really see Cyn and N as siblings, but neither see them as people that crush, I think it's weird, but I'm not disgusted nor uncomfortable. Just blanked about it because I don't really care. Cyn sees N as a brother. That doesn't mean that he's her actual brother because he responds to her with "Little buddy."

I like imp/drone/etc.cut's optimism towards a season 2 existing. Yeah, I know they didn't say it isn't happening, but they've generally been vague about episode 8's finality. Plus so much is happening in these last few episodes, it really feels like the show might end. But hey, no reason to worry about that. Even if it only gets 8 episodes, it's still an amazing show.
I think because announcing if there will or won't be a season 2 will shape people's expectations for what will happen in episode 8 that they won't say anything until after 8 airs. They'll want to keep the suspense.

The planet we saw at the end wasn't Copper 9, but a previously destroyed planet that Uzi got teleported to
I say this cause if she was close to the explosion she'd likely be dead or heavily damaged
its probably the other side of the planet, weve only seen copper 9 from the "front", but it seemed like the explosion caused by the core collapse was on the "back".
also, we dont know if there was a second explosion when uzi fell in, it did look like one might have happened, but i think itd be a very odd decision to destroy copper 9 just before J was about to fight thad and lizzy. we know MD loves its fights

I think that Uzi teleported through blackhole which was inside Copper-9 to the blackhole which was inside Earth. That's why the destroyed "Copper-9" looks the same as Earth.
Also we can see that Doll was able to teleport using small blackholes. (If we watch this moments frame by frame we can see how little blackhole appears before Doll's teleportation.)

When '' Tessa'' was destroying some of the evidence that doll wanted and they were about to have a standoff Tessa just disappeared and then we saw that freaky drone that ultimately killed her and that drone movements and body looks alot alike when we saw the big reveal when it was shown that ''Tessa'' was actually Cyn doing the same zig zig movements about to kill N so does that mean when after she disappeared she turned into that fleshy form and killed doll which later doll came to the church to alarm uzi and suddenly she walked in coincidentally.
me personally i think tessa is still alive like captured inside herself if that makes sense. i'm hoping if the solver is defeated she'll come back. or at least come back as like a flashback or dream and give the drones closure. something like that. idk though i think i'm in denial she was my favorite😭😭 she still is though idc

I think you're off on a couple things. I don't think N would have ever killed Uzi. When he said that they weren't going to hurt her (Uzi), he was very clearly looking at and talking to Tessa, which was his way of telling her that he was not going to let Uzi be sacrificed. Nori telling N about her past didn't change N's mind to not sacrifice Uzi, rather, it made him realize that there was a way to save Uzi, which he suspected Tessa was withholding that info, hence why he demanded an answer from her right before he killed her when she dodged the question. N basically took that as an admission that she did know about the Patch and didn't tell him so that he would kill Uzi. So knowing that he couldn't trust her and that she was trying to kill Uzi, he killed her.
The other thing, despite Tessa having actually been Cyn, it doesn't seem like Cyn was actually controlling her (yet). Rather, she let that body keep Tessa's personality like she did N, V, and J with there's while Cyn's consciousness biding its time within her, but the Cyn consciousness took over after N killed Tessa. This is backed up by the things Tessa said and did prior to the Cynessa revelation. I mean, if Uzi was getting taken over by Cyn, then why would Cyn want/try to kill Uzi unless it was the Tessa personality in control at the time thinking she really was stopping Cyn. On that note, if Cyn really was controlling Tessa the whole time, then that means that Cyn could move and talk normally, so why wouldn't she just always move and talk normally instead of in broken speech with awkward movements?

Cyn isn't just wearing Tessa's face and one of her hands, she's "wearing" Tessa's whole body. In the torn area of her chest you can see the drone chestplate underneath is actually a custom one. Cyn built or grew herself a unique body for the specific purpose of taking Tessa's identity by stealing her whole body.
To me I honestly think that Cyn does not primarily want romantic love I think she more or less just wants like in the series n's love in general like I think you can honestly be any type of love and Cyn would be happy which is why she kind of imitates Tessa because n platonically loves her or possibly not but I honestly don't think that that's the case which is why c y n literally took control of Tessa's dead body and pumping it around pretending to be Tessa and one of the biggest rid of flags in my opinion that Tessa wasn't Tessa is that the weapon that she uses is the sword and not a gun why is that weird because in episode 6 like Tessa was holding a sword but then she switched it with j for a revolver gun so the red flags that Tessa was never Tessa were there all along either that or Cyn is just pumping around some other person's dead body but honestly I don't think it's the case because how the heck would Tessa survive her entire planet getting exploded and even if she did how the heck would anyone 81 find her before we've been too late and she would have died to having no oxygen in space

I had hoped that young Tessa wasn't dead but I had little hope after Uzi saw that figure that looked like Tessa in episode 4. No way was it still her considering she wasn't in her spacesuit despite being in a toxic, frigid atmosphere.
Though the shape of Tessa's silhouette a couple times in episode 5 really made her face look exactly the shape of the drones though...

Tessa being visibly annoyed by Cyn in the ballroom scene was probably jealousy, Cyn had just come in on the arm of N, and if Tessa truly has romantic feelings for N seeing him and another drone together like that would raise her ire. This is why she basically snatches N away from Cyn and holds him up before leveling a glare at Cyn. In this scene Cyn goes from being a friend to being a rival.
I’m sad Tessa died, since she was one of the ones that was kind to the drones. Although I do think Cyn might have been using someone else as her skin suit while masquerading as Tessa. She uses the stolen fingerprint to get access to the computer in the facility, but why would Tessa have authorization to do that? Granted Tessa’s parents are clearly important, but giving your kid access to classified files doesn’t make a lot of sense.
I think Cyn is adorable.
The Absolute Solver is another story though.
I can’t help but wonder about some alternate reality where Cyn wasn’t possessed, I just feel like it would be so wholesome.
And I may like Cyn, but N x Cyn is just crazy.

The Digital Circus is on a World that is having a Drone Apocalypse so some escaped in to a Digital World where The Drones can't enter or destroy but it was rushed so it has flaws.
Plus to me Pomni may be Tessa and Cyn found her body and took it.

It's litterally impossible to not feel sorry for N after the recent events. Not only did he have to see his love interest and friend sacrifice herself, but the only human who treated him like an equal, not just a servant, is long dead and her corpse is controlled by an eldritch AI/program/something in the body of another friend of his.
Poor guy seriously needs a hug after all this.
I think what was going on with tessa is that she augmented herself with cybernetic parts, then was taken over by the absolute solver during episode 7.
Uzi sacrifice herself bcuz she saw the key fall down she know's that they can escape using it like she said in ep 2
A question that I still haven't resolved is: WHERE UZI'S MOM WENT? Maybe if she survived her fall, just like Uzi, she can help her return to earth, or maybe even her mother herself helped her sent to the place where uzi is now.🤯🤯
I won't lie, I don't know when but when the season of murder drones trailer came out, I wasn't sure but somewhere there was something there that led me to theorize CYN having a crush on N, (this was on twitter btw) and at least 300 people liked it so I assume people were alright with the idea. However, as more episodes came out, I kind of ditched the idea as it didn't seem like CYN had any feelings for N or anyone at all.. However episode 7 really making me think otherwise as CYN seemed to really enjoy N's personality and trying to play with N's emotions.
