yeah I'm an editor and i keep background music at -16db, this feels like the editor just dropped the song in and didn't turn it down
background music IMO should almost not even be there, it's just to not have the video be just talking, but the background music as the name implies should NEVER be this loud without there being no one talking then it could be fine.
